Enable Digital Governance

Goal

To goal of this proposal is to offer African students of computer science a paid opportunity to gain real development on a potentially high impact project. The goal of the project is to develop a governance platform for aspiring entrepreneurs as well as communities to form formal decentralized governance structures to help reach consensus in addition to tracking the evolution of the organized entity via information to be hosted on the public ledger. 

Notes

• African development team will receive all requested funds in compensation, excluding overhead costs, for technical development of the platform in addition to tokens representing shares of the platform.
• BIDIMA Enoch, a professor of computer science at Université polytechnique de BOBO actuellement Université Nazi Boni in Burkina Faso, will serve as the African team's principal investigator and will assemble the team of students. 
• A team in India and the United States will also be collaborating on this project.

Business Model

Cost Structures for different users: 

• Interest Income (loan products, etc)
• Fee Income (transactions, minting, burning, seed/crowd funding, etc)

Tier 1: General User

• Free to use

Tier 2: Small Businesses + Early Stage Startups (less than $5M)

• Interest Income, Minimal Fee Income

Tier 3: Large Businesses + Corporations + States/Nations

• Development Milestones

• Set up organization launch system (Guide user through process of creating and listing an blockchain based organization)
• Enable users to append NFTs to organizations (ideas, documents, assets, etc)
• Set up treasury management system
• Set up voting system
• Set up transparent data layer for governing body (metadata indexing, explorers, and profiles)

• Onboard 10 entrepreneurial organizations onto platform
• Grow one $1m+ valued African based organization
