Problem
Current Catalyst funding mechanism can't facilitate rapid funding, due to the infrastructure of ideascale.
Solution
The solution will be a discord server to test alternative goverance and identity solutions.

This proposal will build multiple mechanisms and templates to address the problems in ideascale and within the Catalyst ecosystem with accountability, transparency, audibility, feasibility, and scalability as guiding principals.

We will have tested 2 governance models and one identity solution for a small group of proposals.

How impactful is this proposal? Are disbursed funds creating net positive results? Does this proposal see a greater return on intent compared to Catalyst?
