NFT Guild - Events

Regarding the NFT Ecosystem, we see a lot of competition and run for the fast Money. The true value behind NFT is mostly underestimated and not well communicated. Most NFT Projects Marketplaces and Communities do not communicate, coordinate or collaborate in an effective way. This silo based environment causes a lack of awareness and duplication of effort is a standard which blocks us from defining and being aligned on common values, tools and standards for the Cardano NFT Ecosystem.

We see as well a friction between Project Catalyst and the NFT ecosystem and Community. We are lacking awareness, communication, coordination and collaboration between those spaces.

We want to improve this situation.

The NFT Guild is an assembly of NFT creators, Toolmakers and Maintainers and at generell highly engaged community members from the CNFT space and the Catalyst Ecosystem. We come together as a guild to raise awareness of each other's perspectives and objectives, to align on values and guidelines and to provide guidance and mentorship to our communities.

How we do that

By gathering a group of well experienced and recognized community members, we have a solid base on which we can build and explore our outreach and format.

With the support and experience from the Catalyst Swarm and The Eastern Town Hall, the Cardano Ambassador Guild, the Catalyst School and the Bridge Builders Guild we will have a great source of knowledge and experience on how to explore and establish environments of social incentives.

We will start to host recurring Online Events to discuss relevant topics, to present updates or projects and to establish an open and inclusive environment to share ideas, visions and ambitions.

The online Events will be hosted by the NFT Guild but follows the example of swarm and provides open breakout rooms at the calls where the community is invited to host open spaces.

Collaborative Architecture to integrate NFT projects in Project Catalyst

The Events are held on public Zoom Calls and designed by the examples of the Catalyst Swarm & the Eastern Town Hall with which we collaborate to explore and establish our Event format.

The Catalyst School takes the part of providing educational sessions and workshops to allow new community members to get an fast and safe onboarding experience into project Catalyst

The Ambassadors Guild provides tailor made Guidance and Mentorship to already well established projects and communities which aims to immigrate into project Catalyst

The Bridge Builders Guild then offers professional services in business, marketing and management consulting and advice

All events will be recorded and uploaded on the NFT Guild Youtube Channel and achievements as failures will be regularly published on the NFT Guilds Website. Further we provide a monthly report in the Catalyst Town Halls on our progress.

Impact

This proposal aims to receive funds to execute open community events to link two important ecosystems with each other. The Proposal is definitely placed in the right challenge and fits to the provided challenge brief and requirements

Feasibility

By collaborating with a decent amount of well established and experienced projects from the Catalyst Ecosystem, the execution of this proposal is very likely. To use collaborators united experience and knowledge guarantees and successful roll out of the proposed Events.

Auditability

As all events are recorded the auditing process is easy to follow. By setting up a Website and providing regular reports the Proposal allows the community to prove that the provided KPIs and OKRs are easy to measure.
