Organize a global conferences that features speakers who are thought leaders in their respective field.

Summary

This idea came to me while trying to reach out to specialists working in areas of sustainability and food provenance. There are a large number of organizations laboring independently to solve global problems but it is not always easy to connect with them.  Business connections are often made at one or two day conferences where experts with common goals mingle. 

Cardano can benefit by hosting a conference where we can set the agenda and decide the speakers list. The Cardano Community also avoids paying high ticket prices. 

This project will inject new ideas into our communities, provide the opportunity to network and form partnerships. Hopefully we will be able to recruit new members who will become valuable contributors to the community. 

What Success Looks Like

A two day conference with

• Over 10 speakers who are leaders of their field 
• Over 50 attendees 

6 month

project for a second conference is funded 

12 month

funds have been approved for recurring conferences.
