Who we are

The Ambassadors Catalyst Guild is an Assembly of highly dedicated and committed Catalyst Community Members and Cardano Ambassadors.

The Catalyst Guild is a sub Guild of the Ambassadors Guild but with a main focus on Project Catalyst. The Catalyst Guild takes the initiative and responsibility to act as a bridge between the Catalyst Community and the Cardano Foundation.

The goal is to explore, initiate, maintain and ensure effective and close communication, coordination and collaboration between the Cardano Foundation and the Catalyst Community.

We act and operate in alignment and coordination with Cardano Foundations Mission and vision and represent the Foundation as an community led initiative within the Catalyst Ecosystem

The Catalyst Guild members are highly experienced and involved members of the Catalyst Community with a profound knowledge and experience of the overall concept and process of project Catalyst.

The members act actively as:

Founders, Initiators and Coordinators of Community led initiatives, Community Advisors, veteran Community Advisors, Proposal Mentors and referrers,SPOs, Funded proposers, Challenge Team members, Catalyst Circle members and Catalyst Circle Admin members and after all, very committed and engaged people which tries to do as much has possible to support the Community and its ecosystem in its healthy growth.

(A) Between CF & The Project Catalyst Community

(A.1) Facilitating communication between CF & The Project Catalyst Community

As active and engaged Ambassadors with close communication to the Cardano Foundation, we aim to establish and maintain feedback loops between the community and the Cardano Foundation.

Further we aim to increase the presence and communication between CF members and the community by organizing After Town Hall breakout rooms, hosted by the Ambassadors Guild and the Cardano Foundation to create open spaces where the community can meet the people of the Cardano Foundation. This initiative is supported by the Bridge Builders and the Catalyst Swarm.

The same concept counts for building bridges and presence between the Eastern Cardano Communities. Eastern Town Hall provides an additional place to host rooms with the Cardano Foundation and the Community

(A.2) Facilitating coordination between CF & The Project Catalyst Community

By maintaining communication streams to both sides, to CF and to the Community, we are able to capture the intentions and interest and to provide active support in coordinate activities and operations in alignment between the CF & the Community

(A.3) Facilitating Collaboration between CF & The Project Catalyst Community

Out of established Communication streams we are able to explore and identify environments in which a collaboration between the Cardano Foundation, the Ambassadors and the Catalyst Community can flourish and evolve.

(A.4) The foundations Sensor Array within the Ecosystem

The Guild will, by the example of the Catalyst Circle, act as an human sensor array to sensor problems within the community, to cluster and to categorize them and to initiate and coordinate community led solutions to solve those problems. The Guild provides Guidance and Mentorship and aims to act as a shepherd for needed solutions.

(A.5) Submitting Challenge Proposals in alignment with CF

By acting as an sensor array, we are able to identify and spot problems which might need a certain attention and call to action. What better than to formulate those calls to actions as a Challenge proposal in Project Catalyst where the community is invited, encouraged and empowered to build solutions for stated problems. That is what we aim to do.. sensor and gather problems, cluster and categorize them and formulate the outcome as a challenge proposal.

(B) Between CF & The Catalyst Circle

(B.1) Supportive body for the CF representative in the Catalyst Circle

The Cardano Foundations representative in the Catalyst Circle needs an well experienced and functional team which helps and supports him through his representative periode. The Catalyst Guild acts as a sub-circle and a supportive body for the representative to ensure fast access to needed information, relations and experience.

The Catalyst Guild provides a fast and direct communication between the representative, the Guild, the Catalyst Circle Admin Team and the Community and provides assessment and consultation to the Cardano Foundations representative.

The Guild supports the Cardano Foundations representative in any needed efforts and engagements to ensure that the representative

(B.2) Initiating Community led solutions for CF Problem statements

Due to the relations the Catalyst Guild maintains within the Catalyst Ecosystem, needed and desired community initiatives can be launched and coordinated in a fast and focused manner.

(C) The Advisory Board

Due to the above listed actions and operations and by the high experience of the Catalyst Guilds members, the Guild is able to provide high quality feedback, statements and assessments to the Cardano Foundation as well as to the community and involved individuals, projects and Enterprises. The Advisory board acts as Cardano/Catalyst Expert body and provides Guidance, Mentorship and Assessment.

(C.2) Providing Mentorship and Guidance for Proposer and Projects

Enterprises or Projects which aim to get involved within the Catalyst Ecosystem will have direct access to the Catalyst Guilds resources.

We provide effective support in formulating "tailor made" proposals.

We provide educational content, offer 1:1 Guidance and Mentorship for projects joining the Ecosystem and to help new projects to get familiar with the overall Catalyst process.

We provide "tailor made" short, middle and long term strategies for Projects, designed in alignment with the Cardano Foundations Mission and Vision

(C.3) Documentation & generating Playbooks

We will documentate, track and report our evolution, activities and operations back to the community. A constant documentation of our activities allows us to analyze our achievements and failures and to generate a best in practice Playbook.

Generating effective and practice proven Playbooks are essential to use our project and to allow other initiatives to implement and adjust our concept to their own need and use. This project is directly addressed to the challenge of generating Partnerships between Entities and the Community and aims to provide valid guidance.

(D) The Catalyst Guilds Impact

The Guild's impact is defined by its action and operation in a crucial position as a communicative, coordinating and collaborative body between the Cardano Foundation and the Catalyst Ecosystem.

(E) The Catalyst Guilds Program feasibility

As Ambassadors, Community Advisors, Funded Proposers, Proposal Mentors, Referrers, Challenge Team Members, Catalyst Circle members and Catalyst Circle Admin Members we have a profound understanding of the ecosystem's function and process. We explore important relations within the ecosystem
