The project plan can be divided into 3 phases, loosely coupled with the 3, 6 and 12 months marks.
Phase 1: Bootstrap (2 months)
3-month success definition: mockups/UI interface for business and clients ready to start PR work / business relations. Technical architecture defined. Initial prototype backend.
