In Latin America, social, cultural, economic, and even political conditions create low standards in the quality of education, and an unequal access to technological educational programs that are needed to help drive development in many countries. Such difficulties affect millions of people in the region; when combined with a precarious job industry, this creates a bottleneck that slows down economic development, that in a way is determined by the population that possess the abilities, and knowledge required to facilitate innovation and development of many industry sectors.
Additionally, many companies in Latin America do not have adequate mechanisms for passing knowledge down from senior individuals in the tech industry to the up-and-coming workforce, which translates to high costs of inductive training/learning, and a higher learning curve for new hires. Not every company has training programs, or the ability to afford hiring people that needs training. In a world that's changing every second and that has fluctuating demands, more could be done to help the transfer of knowledge to keep individuals ready to work, and to keep a healthier pace in the many life cycles of the industry.

To propel education and development in Latin America through the creation of a decentralized open-source platform that offers quality, relevant, and pertinent practical education, that uses of socio-economic incentives for participating in the learn-teach process. En Latinoamérica, las condiciones sociales, culturales, económicas, e incluso políticas crean bajos estándares en la calidad de la educación y desigualdad en el acceso a programas de formación tecnológica necesaria para impulsar el desarrollo de estos países. Estas dificultades afectan a millones de personas en la región; cuando se combina con una industria de trabajo precaria, se genera un cuello de botella que estanca el crecimiento económico, el cual está determinado en gran medida por el capital humano de cada país que posea las habilidades y conocimientos que faciliten la innovación y desarrollo de los sectores productivos.
Adicionalmente, muchas empresas en Latinoamérica no cuentan con los mecanismos adecuados para la transferencia de conocimientos entre individuos con experiencia y nueva fuerza laboral; esto se puede traducir en altos costos de capacitación inductiva y una alta curva de aprendizaje. No toda compañía tiene programas de entrenamiento, o la habilidad de contratar personas que necesitan entrenamiento. En un mundo que cambia cada segundo y que tiene demandas que fluctúan, se debe hacer más para transferir conocimiento con el gol mantener individuos listos para trabajar, y mantener un pulso saludable en los ciclos de vida de las industria tecnológica.
