Science is becoming the most important source of evidence for Governments and expert advisors when developing Public Policies.

About this idea
ADA4Sci is a platform where scientists can get together and develop a paper from the debate of ideas and perspectives. As a decentralized platform participants will have more than a single role (writers) as they will score their peers, papers, and vote for prospective ideas to be developed as papers.
The platform will also have a social media style of interaction where new publications or projects can be shared and discussed. Every project will have a number of funds that will be calculated from the number of votes that the prospect has received during the launching of the ideas period.
All this with the aim of end corruption and biased scientific research driven by the private or public sector with the clear intention of creating the necessary evidence to deploy law, regulations, and policies around the world.
Impact on the Challenge:
Most of the impact from this project will be from marketing associated with a successful project hatched by the ADA community. Nevertheless, it will also be impacted by the science generated which is related to blockchain policies, research, and investigations developed within the ADA4Sci platform.
The path to success of ADA4Sci and it costs:
Stage #1: Short term (0-3 months): During this period we will generate our team to start working on the platform after a brainstorm of ideas to fulfill the objective of UNBIASED Sciences.
Cost: Approx 40% of the funds are going to be compromised at this stage and future fixed costs for the first year.
Stage #2: Short term (4-6 months): After the team is in place, the platform should start to materialize and get ready to see the first MVP of ADA4SCi potential.
Cost: 30% of the fund will be invested in hardware or services associated with the development and hosting of the system.
Stage #3: Short term (6-12 months): At this point of the project early adopters will start to interact with the system and hopefully most of the bugs are fixed to finally be launched at the end of this stage.
Cost: The reminding 30% of the fund, will be used on Marketing and System launching. Some of these resources will be also used to cover the funds for the earliest studies to be funded on the system.
