The plan is to get funded and continue with the work already being done since + 2 years ago (transcription + dubbing + editing + publishing)

The Cardano Castellano Youtube Channel started 800 days ago, it has 1.130 already published videos, meaning that, on average, 1,4 videos are shared per day.

How Does Success Look Like

Continue witnessing an increasing interest in the Hispanic communities both to learn about the Cardano Project and also to build on it. This increasing interest will also be an indicator for us to continue working on this proposal in future funds.

(Please note that there are existing audience "flows", periodical up or down trends of total viewers that will impact these KPIs. But overall, we are seeing a continuous increasing in the total amount of people watching the Cardano Castellano Youtube channel)

Number of videos to be published: Our aim is to publish one translated video every day, sometimes more, (Charles AMAs are cut in several pieces, so more than one video per day is usually shared). If no original content is published or a quite long video is released, the channel may spend a few days before sharing content again.

Duration of videos: Our aim is to always translate full videos with its original duration.

Most translated content comes from Charles Hoskinson, IOHK, Emurgo and Cardano Foundation Youtube channels, but there is also more Cardano related content from various different sources, for example Simon Thompson videos, Charles interviews in other Youtube channels, etc. Please check the attached spreadsheet for full details of published content.

Budget:

Budget is based on 50k transcripted words per month, during a six month period, any published quantity above that will not increase the required budget.

Budget per word is $0.02 (this includes transcription, dubbing, editing, publishing)

Monthly: 50k words x $0.02 = $1,000

x 6 months = $6,000

How many minutes of video per month does this represent?

Roughly original videos have a pace of 140 words per minute, this means that around 360 minutes (6hs) of Spanish content will be published per month.

Auditability:

All published video materials can be checked through the Youtube and Odysee channels. Each video has its respective transcription published in the Cardano Forum.
