Community Web Portal in Bahasa

What We Want to Do

We want to build a one stop Cardano Community portal for Indonesian in Bahasa Indonesia (local language) with Simplicity in mind ; simple words, easy to understand and navigate, where the contents are driven and contributed by the Community (sharing ideas, knowledge, stories, and guides)

Why Is It Important?

With Indonesia entering its demographic bonus peak which starts from 2021 to 2030 (based on https://worldpopulationreview.com/countries/indonesia-population)))) we believe a trusted and well managed one stop hub (portal) in Bahasa Indonesia is urgently needed. This conclusion is also supported by the following facts:

1. Rising demand of information and all things Cardano (including the Crypto space) in Indonesia

2. Currently there is no trusted Indonesian Language web/portal for everything about Cardano other than the local news outlet about crypto in general

3. Local Stake Pool Operators (SPOs) are managing their lndonesian delegators community independently via telegram, discord, and other social platforms

How Does Success Look Like?

* This web portal will be the go to portal for everything Cardano in Indonesia with a strong emphasis on creating easy to understand content

* Active community contribution to support the content of the portal

* Regular community virtual meetups, expected to increase in registration and attendance

Key Metrics To Measure

* Increased awareness of the web portal itself

* Growing community contribution in content (articles, guides, meetups)

* Published minimum of 2 articles and/or 1 guides plus a weekly newsletter (total 4 publication per week)

* Bi-weekly community meetup (virtual)

* Marketing & Rewards $900; a $10/day for 90days marketing campaign given as contributor rewards

* Zoom pro $150 ; to host virtual online meeting (pro) up to 100 participants/event (upgradable)
