Policy making and ownership decision making is difficult to make right in many countries as power may often tip the scale.

About this idea
The plan is to implement a draft DAO Framework SDK that can be used to provide basic policy and pricing / ownership registry to resources to regulate them in such a way as to avoid the tragedy of the commons in various economies. Such resources may be land, fresh water, spectrum, or any other "common resources" that belongs to the country.
