Attract a team to evolve specifications for this Dapp. and thereafter a team of skilled IT people to develop and operate the Dapp.
At present subsistence villagers usually purchase tech goods with the assistance from the diaspora including mobile phones, solar chargers and hard wallets etc . To prove ownership of an asset a photo of the asset is taken via this Dapp, a value assigned in $ADA, this photo record can be stored on the phone or a remote wallet. A buyer of the asset would have the Dapp on his phone. The transfer of the asset to the buyer and $ADA to the seller would be facilitated by touching the phones together.
As an option records of high value asset ownership could be stored on the blockchain. For security the hard wallet could be hidden from other villagers ( buried etc).
This Dapp could become popular in the developed world for selling pre used goods.
