Innovatio Web-App Investigation

[IMPACT]

In this research, we will seek to determine whether it is conscientious to develop a Web App where members of the Innovatio community (Entrepreneurs and early-adopters) can have greater functionality and facilities when it comes to networking and using crowdsourcing tools within the community.

The funds from the proposal will be used for surveys and a web design mock-up, with the profiles of the members, the publications in a Twitter-like feed of the community users, functionalities to encourage the search for interns, re-directions to platforms like Gimbalabs or Cardano AIM Mentory Platform, etc,

It will also be determined which functions the community considers that it should have as a basis to be a potential web app to generate new projects, smart contracts for the development of on-chain projects, etc.

This proposal is aligned with the challenge as it seeks to develop a DApp that adds value to the Cardano ecosystem, we want to know if it is necessary to develop a WebApp with specific functionalities so that we can determine a development MVP.

We see no challenge or risk in conducting this research.

[FEASIBILITY]

If the proposal is funded, we will determine a research manager to prepare a series of surveys and community outreach measures.

As well as the channels and means to obtain feedback and constant interaction.

We will also design the first mock-ups of the platform designed to get the first feedback from Catalyst members.

[AUDITABILITY]

As it is a research, the KPIs we will take into account are the following.

1) Members answering surveys related to the research.

2) Members actively participating in what content the WebApp should have.

3) Number of people involved in the research, separated by categories.

The proposal will be successful if we can determine that the DApp we have designed to encourage Networking and professional collaborations yields clear results in terms of members' intention to participate.
