We hosting developer and ux design conferences in South Africa. We would like to use our platform to team developers about the ecosystem.
Solution
Ideally we would like to spread the Cardano ecosystem with developers and UX Designers. Using our conferences as a platform.

About this idea
[IMPACT]
We host UX South Africa, I Code Java, NodeJS and PHP South Africa conferences and workshops. We would like to teach our young developers and designs about Cardano ecosystem, smart contracts and blockchain at our events.
Each event we give away 20% tickets to previously disadvantaged and diversity groups. Our solution is that we already attracting top developers and designers. We can now train and teach them.
The challenges is funding for venue hire in Johannesburg and Cape Town. The biggest cost of our conferences is venue, marketing and flights for speakers.

We plan to track the progress with the amount of people submitting for call for papers. Amount of people registering for the event.
250 - 300 developers attending our event with 20 international speakers.
This is an entirely new project. I have close of 10 years experience with starting communities and hosting conferences in South Africa and abroad.
Team
I have hosted developer and crypto conferences since 2014. Currently organize UX Healthcare Europe, US and Australia. I also co organizer for Crypto Cape Town Meetup since 2016.
