The aim of this Proposal is to keep creating and bring to the next level a series of Cardano-centric podcasts with close cooperation with Cardano Center Poland. The initial series is already available on various platforms:

Kryptowaluty Wieczorową Porą alongside with Cardano Center Poland have become a major Cardano-themed source of news in Poland. We notice there is a big gap in Cardano knowledge in our country, even though ADA has been steadily in the top 10 cryptocurrencies in the world for years (and, in our opinion, undoubtedly deserves to be in the top 3). That's why we co-founded Cardano Center Poland, Polish Cardano Community Hub which consists of social media groups (Telegram, Discord, FB & Twitter), still keeping in touch with general crypto communities like Kryptowaluty Wieczorową Porą (https://t.me/kryptowalutywieczorowapora, https://discord.gg/ht4PNvYJPs, https://twitter.com/porawieczorowa). Bringing together those two forces can become the ultimate source of enjoyable, entertaining and at the same time professional and educational content.

As mentioned, the initial series "Podstawy Cardano" ("Cardano Basics") is already live, featuring not only pure knowledge but also interviews and opinions of notable community members like Cardano Fans (in the recent episode).

Cardano-themed podcasts under existing crypto-related brand also connected to yet small but respectable YouTube channel should improve Cardano adoption and its everyday utility. We would like people not only to get to know Cardano but also experience it - by getting to know interesting projects in terms of DeFi solutions, gaming, NFTs and so on. The Cardano ecosystem is bound to grow exponentially during next months and years. Through our podcasts and their wider marketing we would like to reach as many crypto users as possible to be aware of how powerful Cardano ecosystem is and also onboard users that heard of crypto but never really got interested in it.

We think that podcasts available on various media platforms are an interesting way to grow our big Cardano community as this is still kind of a virgin land. Let's change it together.

Funding this proposal will allow us to continue working on this mix of video and voice series.

We see a lot of opportunities, and missing those opportunities may be the biggest risk we all are undertaking here.

Anyway, successful series of podcasts may depend on:

• general crypto sentiment and regulations (people may become afraid of crypto and turn their back on it - that's also a challenge to have that explained, that crypto in general is not a big "black market", unluckily we see that's still an issue for a lot of non-crypto people)
• availability of guests (looking at the number of projects that appear every week we shouldn't be bothered by this risk)
• geopolitical situation (we are located in Central Europe and the war happens right behind our border)

You can find our currently published podcasts in the links above on various platforms. Initial series of 10 episodes is already in production and partially ready. Therefore having this proposal funded means we can simply continue our work so far and bring it to the next level - with more intense marketing, trying different ways of promoting our work.

Roadmap:

Right after getting funded: continuous creation of fresh Cardano-focused content

• aiming at 1 podcast per week (with news, educational content, projects review or interviews - ideally not longer than 30 minutes = average time you spend commuting daily)
• marketing campaign in social media (targeting Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

Next months: evaluating possible cooperation with crypto media, Cardano projects, other podcasts related to investing/traditional financial markets); Evaluating other media platforms like TikTok.

Budget includes:

• Content creation: 1 podcast per week, ideally around 30 minutes of news, educational content, project reviews or interviews, guests ~$200 (that includes time for brainstorming, creating script, recording actual content, editing, uploading to multiple platforms and more)
• Marketing funds - Twitter, Facebook ads, advertising on Instagram - $50 per week

6 months, averaging 4 weeks per month: $6000

[AUDITABILITY]

The development of the project will be easily auditable by the community as every week there should be a new episode of Cardano-themed podcast on multiple platforms, sometimes accompanied by YouTube video.

Key metrics that will be important also for us to follow are:

• number of views on each platform (that will give us an idea on which platforms the marketing should be focused)
• social media activity around posts about podcasts
• growing the number of our local community members (Cardano Center Poland, Kryptowaluty Wieczorową Porą - links included above).

Ultimate success can be seen in a few years' time when we see our beloved Cardano Community flourishing even more; regarding our humble part in the growth of Cardano we think that it's most important to:

• successfully create at least 24 content-packed episodes of Cardano-themed podcasts
• reaching at least a couple hundred listens of every episode, with numbers growing with every episode
• making people demand more from us - via our social media pages and comments section on podcast platforms
