Cardano has only had approval to be listed in Japan for 7 months. We need more excitement generated for ADA now more than ever in the region
Promotional/Networking events in Japan. Now that ADA is listed on Bitpoint, it has the potential to grow massively in the region.
This is the total amount allocated to Networking/promotional events Japan.
On a bimonthly basis, we will organize and host promotional events designed to generate intrigue and excitement around Cardano. These events will target investors, tech students, and block chain enthusiasts. An educational segment followed by an expert speaker will focus the attendees on what sets the Cardano project apart from other cryptocurrencies currently available on Bitpoint. Time will be set apart after for networking and discussion among attendees with the right atmosphere and refreshments.
Now that Cardano is conventionally available in the Japanese market focusing the attention of investors and crypto enthusiasts in its direction is extremely important. Our events will motivate the mainstream Japanese investor to take ADA seriously and recognize its unique potential when juxtaposed with the other cryptocurrencies currently listed on Bitpoint.
One potential hurdle is the language barrier. One of our team members has studied Japanese some in the past and can verify that it is completely disconnected to the typical romance/germanic languages most of us are familiar with (English/Spanish/Portuguese). That being said, Japanese culture exemplifies organizational excellency. Planning these events and working with translators to bring our vision to life will be completely manageable.
Once our project is accepted and funding is received, we will head right into planning. Reaching out to those in our network who have ties with professional Japanese-English translators and putting together a team to exact our vision in Japan. We will plan out which cities are best to host these events in and over what time frame. At the same time we will put together a list of ideal potential speakers to speak at these events. Once we have confirmed with these speakers we will finalize the planning for each event. (Venue location, Timeframe, Catering, etc..)

Bolstering up and energizing the rising Cardano enthusiast community in Japan. Since it is now a mainstream crytocurrency, adding to the already building momentum behind the project is the definition of success.
This proposal is part of a more holistic project to brings Cardano networking events to countries around the world. We want to ensure ADA makes its mark in peoples minds as much as possible now that the world is really looking towards DeFi.
