Participating with the Chamber of Digital Commerce will help us interacting with regulators and other key players in the industry.

The US is the country that is leading regulations around crypto. This doesn't mean that is the most innovative but rather its economy is the biggest one in the world (there could be a case for China but crypto is banned).

It's very unlikely to be able to get 1on1 time with regulators. The most efficient way to get access to key decision makers is to grouping with an advocacy group like the Chamber of Digital Commerce.
Through the Chamber of Digital Commerce not only dcSpark will be able to be at the center of discussion but also would be able to voice opinions and get support from other players in the ecosystem.
- Acceptance in the Chamber of Digital Commerce.
- Scheduling around internal activities of dcSpark and also managerial time reading new regulations and proposals so we are able to comment
The proposal will be divided in monthly participation for the next 6 months after joining the Chamber of Digital Commerce.
- one year membership in the Chamber of Digital Commerce
- trip to Washington DC for any key activity that could involve conversations with regulators (senators, house of representatives or key people in the government)
- Any remaining amounts won't be taken from the requested proposal.
(dcSpark won't take any money for time or management related to this activity. If dcSpark is not able to join the Chamber of Digital Commerce any funding will be returned and the rest won't be requested)
At least one of the top management of dcSpark will actively participate in the Chamber of Digital Commerce activities.
Monthly participation in activities organized by the Chamber of Digital Commerce.
Monthly participation in different activities organized by the Chamber of Digital Commerce where dcSpark will voice recommendations as one of the companies that understand Ouroboros, eUTXO and other technical models related to Cardano the best.
Other people may be able to participate but wouldn't have the technical capabilities to link different regulations with the impact that could have in the Cardano ecosystem.
Entirely new proposal. dcSpark has got multiple rounds of funding by Catalyst and has been able to successfully deliver results for critical components in the Cardano ecosystem.
