Following the example of the United States government, this proposal consists of presenting a normative regulation project before "the Normative Projection and Financial Regulation Studies Unit" of the Colombian government, so that said regulation is issued by the Colombian government through Decree.

"The Regulatory Projection and Financial Regulation Studies Unit" is the Colombian Government Entity in charge of proposing regulations that aim to have a stable and inclusive financial system, in such a way that it contributes to the growth of the country's economy and to improve the well-being of people

This proposal does NOT conceive of presenting bills before Congress, on the contrary, it conceives of presenting a Decree project to be studied and issued by the Colombian government.

my proposal seeks to create a special regulation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia and meets the objectives of this challenge of achieving adequate regulation of Crypto

This draft decree will be presented for study and feasibility before said entity and the main risk will be that the National Government of Colombia does not agree with part or all of the proposal.

This proposal conceives a term of 90 days or 3 months to investigate, write and present the Decree proposal before said government entity

For the investigation and legal advice of the Decree project, 3,000 usd will be needed per month, thus for 3 months of investigation a total of 9,000 usd and for the legal advice 9,000 usd, for a total of 18,000 usd
