Experience & Tools:
Our team has extensive experience hosting online events, conferences and workshops. We bring expertise from the podcast world, start-up sphere, and have been Catalyst contributors since the beginning. Our wide array of partnerships across the Catalyst ecosystem ensures that every relevant topic will have some coverage. The tools we intend to use will be a blend of Zoom, Slido and Miro to deliver a highly interactive, highly-impactful virtual event.
Marketing Strategy:
Future of CatalystCon:
This proposal will address several key objectives across various challenge, both past and present, that help to further grow the Catalyst ecosystem.
Challenge Objectives:
Risk Management:
Quality: The Wada team successfully delivered a 2-day Catalyst Conference last year with over 100 participants from 15+ countries. Their team of educators, presenters, technicians and translators will be on hand to ensure the event is delivered to a high standard.
Technical: For the inaugural CatalystCon, we will use the same streaming and collaboration platforms commonly used for similar Catalyst events.
Attendance: Through a coordinated effort by Wada, partners and the wider Catalyst network, we can begin promoting the CC22 as early as April, leading into a 3-month marketing campaign. Given that overall Catalyst participation currently ranges in the 50K+ range, we are confident we can reach our attendance numbers.
Inclusion: By engaging several stakeholders and partners, we can ensure that the event has as wide coverage as possible. Our translation teams will be set up for multiple languages and country-specific teams will have the opportunity to present in their own languages.
