Transforming the economic system.

Humans are motivated by rewards. The objective is to create a network of communities that govern and build businesses while rewarding its members, and where no community monopolizes the economy and hinders others' progress. It's a modest yet lofty ambition. The community size should remain consistent. When all employees of a community business prosper, they must share profits and resources with other firms and community members. That goes for the whole community. They must share surplus money and resources once they succeed. Imagine Amazon being governed by a community that shares profits and resources with other communities. This means that other companies can benefit from Jeff Bezo's wisdom. Jeff Bezo will continue to benefit from his innovation, but this time he will do so by helping others flourish rather than monopolizing and destroying local businesses.

This application's major purpose is to shift the present economic system's focus from cash to prosperity.

This Dapps will provide citizens economic control.

The first and most important constraint is forming the first community, which requires a significant number of individuals, preferably one million. Due to the difficulty of getting a group of people to agree on anything, let alone forming a DAO governed by a blockchain community, I am contributing my company to the effort. It is a multi-purpose indoor sports complex with six tennis courts, five racquetball courts, volleyball , basketball, a walking track, a spinning room, gyms and four tanning units are also available.

The second problem is how to keep one community from taking over the market and slowing down the growth of other communities. In a smart contract, we can explicitly define prosperity for people, businesses, and communities. Then, we can determine when surplus and resources should be shared.

The third problem is how to fully decentralize a business and have it run autonomously. We will never achieve genuine decentralization as long as we have to rely on centralized entities and fiat money to purchase cryptocurrencies. Only worldwide crypto acceptance will allow us to fully deploy decentralized enterprises. That is why I propose redesigning the economy one community at a time to start the worldwide acceptance of crypto currency.

Following are the steps to transform my business into a DAO to be govern and own by a community.

Phase (A): Dao Infrastructure.  (Aprox. 6 month)

            1) Create the governance token (LCOMAAT : linking communities one million at a time).

                Only one million LCOMAAT will be created to be distributed to the first interested

                ADA holders.

           2) Construct a communal vault to house all community funds. (Don’t Know, help)

           3) In order for the majority of members to agree on decisions, a consensus mechanism

               is required.

           4) Create a forum for community members to present their projects and ideas.  (1 aprox. week)

           5) A digital wallet to provide member with the following functions:   (Aprox. 4-6 months)

               a) a dashboard where ideas and issues will be shown.

               b) a function to vote on those issues.

               c) The ability to buy ADA coins because each member must contribute daily at least $1 in

                   ADA coins. All contributions will be held in a communal vault for the purpose of purchasing

                   or establishing new businesses. Additionally, we will need functionality to hold members

                   accountable for the above requirement.

                d) The ability to verify their balance as well as the balance of the community vault.

Our DOA infrastructure should have functionality to transparently distribute the business revenue among the community members and employee as follows: 40% of the money goes to their employees, 30% goes to members of the community and 30% will be placed in a firm's common vault, which will be used for company renovation and expansion. As mentioned below, 1% of each transaction goes to members of the community.

Phase (B): Develop the software and logistics required for the business clientele.  (Aprox. 6 months)

            1) Ability to convert all customer payments into ADA coins. (1-2 months)

            2) A mobile app: To facilitate clients to pay with ADA. We will have price reduction incentives if

                the customers pay with ADA. (Approx. 3-4 months)

            3) Teach front-desk workers about the Cardano ecosystem, wallet use, and installation

                 so they can help customers.

Phase (C): Operations.

             1) All employees will be required to join the governance community and to make

                 the daily contribution into the communal vault.

            2) Employees will start working 40h/w. After the first year, if the business is on profit, the

                working hours per weeks of all employees will be reduced but still be compensated

                for a 40-hour work week and new employee should be hired. This way employees with a

                family can have quality time with them.

            3) 1% of each business transaction will be distributed among the members of the

                community proportionally to the amount of ADA they hold. Members are only allow to

                stack up on ADA on the first year. Past that year they are only allow to by $1 worth of

                ADA on a daily basis.

            4) Decisions on hiring and firing key employees will be determined by majority vote of the

                 governing community (save for our first firm where I already have all the workers).

            5) Each business will be audited at random by an external auditing firm, and it will present

                the audit report to the community.

Phase (D): It entails expansion.

               Once we have completed the experiment on my company successfully, the deployment to

           other communities and countries will have a snowball effect. During this phase, the community

           selects the next project, which is funded by the community vault. We should have a million

           members by then.

                  Since our main goal is to prosper together, I propose the following three DAO:

           health, food, shelter, and transportation. These companies will operate as transparently and

           decentralized as possible for their members.

          1.     First, a health insurance firm. Unlike the present bureaucratic health care system.

                 Initially, the firm would exclusively service community members. Every member pays $50

                 ADA monthly. Once we get it under control, we will sell it to the public at regular price.

          2.    Grocery store. Members will save money by buying food at cost. Non-members purchasing

                 with Cardano get a discount, otherwise the standard charge.

          3.    Businesses in building and real estate to help members buy properties. Buying a home with

                 no down payment and cheap monthly payments will be one of the community's benefits.

              The community will own all properties. When the balance is paid, the buyer receives the deed.

          4.  car dealership. As above, business benefits and operations apply.

Phase 4) We'll see a snowball effect once we successfully finish the experiment at my company.

              The deployment to other communities, towns, and nations will start by creating another

              million governance communities to launch new or similar DAOs.

I need a kickstart to construct the first version of the app that community members will use to interact with the blockchain and other community members. This app will have a lot of features, but for now, we just need a feature that allows those who want to become members to download the app from the website I'm currently working on and get their membership token. So all I need now is some cash to begin going. When we get enough people signed up, we will be able to pay for the entire project with the money that the members provide us.
