DoDAO.io - Onboarding Platform

https://onboarding.dodao.io/ - DoDAOs onboarding platform enables DAOs to create interactive onboarding content in the form of guides. Our guides are far better than normal documentation in a number of ways

1. Guides are to-the-point and are meant to onboard users for a specific role or task.

2. Information is presented to the user in a piece-by-piece way i.e. in steps.
3. Guides have evaluation steps that force the user to go through the contents carefully
4. Guide completion is tracked i.e. we know the user's wallet address, completion date, and score.
5. This data can be queried to apply smart logic like: gating of discord channels, gating of product boards, and proposal voting

In the upcoming months, we plan to add more features to the platform like guide bundles, analytics dashboards, etc.

We believe that by using our onboarding platform the number of active community participants will increase substantially!

Imagine whenever a new user goes to the website or joins the discord server of the DAO projects, they see onboarding links to DoDAO guides. By going through the onboarding guides the users are clear about
1. The Product/Protocol
2. Mission statement and the core values of team
3. Areas where new community members are needed
4. Basic information needed for the members to participate
5. Information about the rewards

Our guides will substantially increase active community participation.

Our solution will directly help both DAOs and users who want to be part of DAOs.

The grants that we get will be used for the creation of high-quality "Onboarding Guides".

For us, the tech side i.e. the development of the onboarding platform is all under control i.e. without any external help we can add new features quickly.

Writing quality content is very time-consuming. Currently, we are in urgent need of grants to onboard content writers on our DAO so that we can parallelize the content creation process.

[FEASIBILITY]

With the funds, we plan to create content for 18 DAOs.  For each of the DAOs the plan will be to

1. Create at least two articles on the governance process of the DAOs
2. Create one youtube video with the interview of the core members of the DAO about their experience and learnings on DAO governance
3. Create one High-Quality Onboarding Guide

We just want to target DAOs who truly believe in decentralization and are on the path to doing that. It's okay if only a certain part of the project is executed in a decentralized way, but as long as they have a vision for gradual decentralization, we would love to collaborate with these projects.

If you have any preference towards projects, we can have nine DAOs of your choice.

For each DAO the cost is as follows

1. Creating 2 high-quality articles - $100-250 * 2
2. Producing high-quality youtube video - $100-$200
3. Producing high-quality guides which include content, multiple videos, questions and answers, end-user testing & feedback  - $ 1200 - 2000

Which totals to around $2500-$3000 for each DAO.  We think we can try to fit everything in ~$2000 for each DAO.

* 6 DAOs * $2000 = $12,000

*  Educational content related to topics like legal, tokenomics, etc of DAOs -$10,000

* Another $6,000 for improving the UX for our onboarding platform. This will also go to the community members who work on project

Total - $28,000

We will create a public board with all the work and the rewards for each deliverable. All the funds will be used to pay community members for their contributions.

Currently, it's mostly me(Robin Nagpal) who has worked on the technical solution and funding of creating the educational content. Some of the other members who are working with me are

3. Vinay Vashisht -  Freelance content writer
   4) Chigozie Njoku - Content Writer
4. David - DAO Partnerships
   6) Guy Hochstetler - Robin & Guy will do youtube videos together interviewing the DAO core members
   The funds that we get will be used to make our content ARM a true DAO

After we get the funds, we will add at least 5-10 content writes to our DAO

As we have clear goals and milestones the "definition of done" is to create content and onboarding guides for 18 DAOs.

But I think true criteria will be if each one of the DAOs feels that we did an awesome job which will help them, onboard members, onto their DAOs
