AMA with Cross-Chain Communities

I will host three AMA with crypto communities and also cross-chain communities in Indonesia once a month in three months. Every AMA will be 2 hours long that will separated to two session: material delivery and Q&A session. Some cross-chain communities that I will approach are Harmony , Polkadot, NEAR, and Cosmos. I also have some blockchain enthusiast communities in Indonesia to work with (Rantai Kotak, Coinvestasi, etc) .

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

This AMA with Cross-Chain Communities in Indonesia will make people understand better about Cardano and what we do. At the time we also could learn many things from other chains and community about how they build their ecosystem. We could share and learn about many topics, like governance, community building, NFT, metaverse, DAO, and many other things. These AMA hopefully could be an eye opening meeting that could build better understanding, awareness and relationship to other chains and communities in Indonesia.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Risk: The platform that we use to host AMA in maintenance or having trouble connection.

If this is happen, I will find another platform, i. e. Telegram or Google Meet to host the meeting.

Risk: The cost of hosting an AMA is overprice.

If this is happen, I will bargain more about the price and maybe cut down the AMA duration to be able to make the meeting successfully.

How Does Success Look Like

If funded, the AMA will be held for 3 months: September-November 2022. Date and time will be discussed with community partner. Every AMA will be separated into 2 sections 2 hours; 1 hours material and discussion, 1 hours Q&A session. The AMA could be attended by people from both communities, so they can learn from each other and they can ask questions that could inspire and expand their understanding about each chains.

• Zoom Pro account: 20 USD/ month x 3 month = 60 USD
• Project Coordinator = 40 USD/hour x 12 hours/month x 3 months = 1.440 USD
• Designer for promotion = 40 USD/hour x 2 hours x 3 times = 240 USD
• Video Editing fees = 40 USD/hour x 2 hours x 3 times = 240 USD
• Collaboration fees = 150 USD/AMA x 3 times = 450 USD
• Participants Giveaway = 10 USD/person x 5 winners x 3 AMA = 150 USD

If we are funded, we will return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding, because there will be many chains out there that we could continue to collaborate, connect and learn from each other. Other than that, there are so many blockchain enthusiast community that we could collaborate with to have a better understanding about Cardano and we could also learn from them in so many ways. The next proposal will be pretty much the same with some adjustment that might be needed after we evaluate and finished this first project.

Deliverables

We aim to host 3 successful AMA in 3 months. Following that, the continuation of the Cardano cross-chain communities AMA may depend on additional sponsorship. 

Our estimated public launch date for the project is September 1st, 2022 and we expect to have successfully carried out 3 AMAs start from September 2022.
