Rarety.io : No-Code NFT Launchpad

At rarety.io, we have built a platform that enables multi-signature minting process by leveraging Cardano's eUTXO capabilities for NFT projects to launch their collections on our platform easily with a smooth, hassle-free minting experience for buyers and sellers both. 

Cardano's EUTXO model allows to do multiple exchanges, mints and script executions can occur inside one transaction. This project just leverages those capabilities and proves a way of minting a token without revealing the script's private keys to the end user. This means that the buyer makes the payment and the seller mints and returns the NFT in the same transaction.

The benefits of this new model are:

Now we are targeting the next problem that Cardano NFT space is facing i.e. lack of a one-stop solution for all things NFTs which is hindering the adoption. Multiple technical barriers prevent NFT artists and projects from deploying and managing their projects on Cardano. They frequently have to rely on a third-party API service that they do not know how to use or integrate, or they must hire a developer to build the whole thing.

We aim to solve this by developing a simple dashboard platform that enables non-tech artists and content creators to launch their NFT projects with just a single click. The dashboard will not only allow projects to launch but also will enable to use more use-cases like payment gateway (crypto, card payments), NFT paywall, taking snapshots, airdropping, whitelist sales, etc along with interactive statistics of their project on the same platform.

The workflow of the whole process will look like this:

1. Onboarding

Subscription based model to use the dashboard for setting up your own project. The subscription model will be based on the number of NFTs and access to extra features like:

(Subscriptions will be monthly/yearly, the system will check the expiry date in the metadata of the NFT)

• Whitelist (Adding custom limit to each addr)
• Airdropping and Snapshot Tool
• Custom landing page generator
• Access to payment gateway
• API support

Rarety.io will be having a section for purchasing the access pass which the sellers can then use to login to their personalized dashboard with the "Access Pass" NFT they bought and start using the services. (The dashboard will be deployed on pro.rarety.io)

2. Creating Project and NFTs

After logging in, the user will be introduced to different section for creating and managing the projects. The first step will be creating a project which is a very easy four step procedure.

• Creating Project (This info will be later used to create a project card on Rarety.io or a separate landing page by landing page generator automatically.)

Basic Info: Project Title, Artist info, Setting up thumbnail, profile picture.

Contact: Social Media and Website links

PolicyId: Policy expiration, importing existing policy (with guide section: Rarety guide to policies for dummies)

Payment Info: Cardano Address, Price, Number of NFTs

• Creating and Pinning NFTs (The form field values will be directly appended to the metadata format)

Basic Info: Ticker name, Display name, Description

File Upload: Uploading Single / Multiple NFT files using drag and drop.

Metadata Upload: Extra fields that user wants to add, drag and drop feature for attribute files (csv/xls)

3. Management and Landing Page generator

The sellers will have access to wide range services like interactive statistics, landing page generator, API support, whitelisting, airdropping, snapshot Tool, etc.

This way we can make the process of launching and managing NFT project in a seamless way using this easy to use dashboard which any non tech person can understand and deploy their project with a single click. No technical expertise, No dev, No code is required.

In developing this platform on the Cardano Blockchain, we are able to address the following challenges:-

1. How can we onboard the next wave of non-tech/cross-chain artists, content creators, and projects having NFT utilities?
2. How can we make the process onboarding, launching, and managing NFT projects code less and seamless?

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Our main challenge is to make our platform ultra customizable on each step so it can suffice the requirements of each and every NFT project, The second big challenge will be making it bug free to ensure a smooth user experience. We will be releasing a testnet version first and invite people from Cardano to test and report their experiencing.

[AUDITABILITY] What does success for this project look like?

Success for our project would be driving wide spread adoption of an efficient minting and launching experience in the Cardano ecosystem through our platform. We want multi-sig minting to become the norm in the space as it beneficial for everyone (The network, Buyers and Sellers) and want to make the launching experience code-free without any requirement of technical knowledge for sellers.

[AUDITABILITY] Please provide information on whether this proposal is a continuation of a previously funded project in Catalyst or an entirely new one.

Yes we were funded in fund 7 under Mini/Low-Budget Dapps & Integrations (https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/384881). The fund was for developing an efficient minting mechanism through smart contracts but our research showed that multi-sig is a far better option to implement so we switched to that as you can see in our development timeline of January and February. This proposal is a continuation of the same project in order to develop more features.

We have successfully completed the project and reported it to Catalyst :)
