A lot of people don't know about dRep
Voter doesn't have much information about dRep to delegate their vote
Many people want to become dRep but don't know how to introduce themselves to the community
We will create a Youtube channel to interview dReps. dReps can share what they want to bring to the community and Catalyst through dRep. The community can choose dRep to delegate their vote.
This is the total amount allocated to dRep Interview Channel.
dRep is a new role in Catalyst. So not many people really know what dRep is, how to delegate their vote to dRep, what knowledge and experience is needed to become a dRep.
Voters really want to delegate their vote to dRep who have great experience, knowledge and vision. But the voter has no way to interact, ask and answer with dRep to know the capabilities of the dRep.
Many dReps have great experience, knowledge and vision. But there is no way to reach out to the voter community to delegate their vote to these dRep
Therefore, we created a Youtube channel to interview dRep and introduce dRep to the ADA holders community.
The content of the videos in this youtube channel is aimed at:
Update information about dRep to the community (how to become dRep, how to delegate voting,...)
Interview dReps to share what they want to bring to Catalyst by becoming a dRep for Catalyst (vision, experience, knowledge, personal opinion,...). This makes dRep accessible to many like-minded voters. Voters can choose the dRep that suits their wishes
Interview the voters so that the dReps have more information about the wishes of the voter.
Languages in these videos are English and Vietnamese. Video interviews with dRep and voting in English will be added with Vietnamese subtitles.
Video interviews with dRep and voters in Vietnamese will be added with English subtitles
This proposal will address 3 things of this Challenge
1.(Diversity of dReps) Did it lead to the onboarding of diverse dReps with different languages, national origins, occupations, genders, ages, religions, etc.?
We interviewed dRep and voter using 2 languages, English and Vietnamese. Therefore, it is possible to help dReps who do not know Vietnamese to still be able to reach the community of ADA holders in Vietnam. ADA holders in Vietnam who do not speak English can still delegate their vote to dRep who do not speak Vietnamese.
2.(Number of dReps) How many dReps were onboarded?
Through these videos people will better understand dRep and can become dRep easily
3.(Number of delegates) How much did it contribute to increasing the number of delegates to dReps?
Our videos will help ADA holders better understand dRep and they can participate in voting for Catalyst without the same difficulty in knowledge and experience as before. Choosing dRep will also be easier. This motivates ADA holders to participate more in Catalyst
dRep is still a very new role in Catalyst. There is very little documentation on dRep. Therefore, we still do not have much information about dRep to make video tutorials and share information about dRep.
We will be attending Catalyst meetups about dRep to keep the videos up to date

If we are funded, we will return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding.
The number of dRep through each fund will increase. Therefore, we will continue to make videos to make dReps accessible to the community. ADA holders also have more information about dReps
We will measure the progress and success of the project through views, interactions and number of subscribers.
These metrics will help us know how viewers feel. We can get feedback and idea from the viewer's comment
Youtube channel has at least 200 subscribers after 6 months. Videos have at least 100 views
The number of dRep participating in Catalyst increase (at least 20 people will become dRep after join or watch our interviews)
dReps can get more delegation from ADA holders
ADA holders can choose suitable dRep
More ADA holders delegate their voting to dReps
This is an entirely new proposal
