In order for Cardano to be successful it needs to obtain and maintain a diverse set of individuals that engage with applications, infrastructure, and assets. The single greatest population for easy onboarding, or on-chaining, are gamers. There are 2.5b of them, they come from all over the world, and they actively volunteer to participate in digital economies where they don’t really own the assets connected to their account. Blockchain can provide them real value through its implementation into the gaming market. 

Gamers are also very community oriented and viral in nature. There are massive amounts of content streamed and created every day from gaming-based content creators to their audiences. Putting an exciting and enjoyable Cardano enabled game in front of these creators and their audiences would do wonders for onboarding new users.

Applications relate to any games or experiences being developed in order to serve gamers through the use of the Cardano blockchain.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure relates to any tools or services being developed in order to serve developers of games or gaming-based experiences on the Cardano blockchain.

• Number of daily, weekly, and monthly active users
• Amount of value paid out to gamers
• Number of gamers onboarded to Cardano
• Number of unique wallets connected

Infrastructure

• Number of devs using tooling 
• Number of projects that used tooling
• Number of game devs onboarded to Cardano
• Amount of revenue generated by use of tooling

Challenge amounts should only be proposed in increments of 25K ₳. Other amounts not in these increments will be rounded up. E.g. 27,500₳ will be rounded up to 50,000₳.
