GameChanger wallet: Our platform was integrated with the GameChanger Wallet, that serves as the wallet for the companies. It also allowed us to mint the ID NFTs for the Companies and the Partners.

GameChanger has evolved to a new version that we will be adopting, and so we depend on that tech.

Atala Prism framework: In order to deliver verifiable credentials we need a platform/service that can provide us (and the projects that register) those services. We think Atala Prism can do that.

RootsID solutions: We will work with the RootsID team to upgrade our NFT to a SSI solution using Atala Prism.

Blockfrost services: We use Blockfrost to query the blockchain.

Open source is the way to go, for any project that wants to become exponential, so we aim to go that way. As we are doing our firs steps, we choose now not to open up the source code, until we can validate the hypothesis with real customers, and have a couple of hardening cycles.

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

We have built a great platform out of the funding we got from Fund8, and we have a good MVP1 that has the capabilities to register a company, provide an acceptance mechanism for the parties to signal their adherence to the terms and conditions, a designated company wallet and ID NFTs for the company and its partners.

We want to go one step further, first to start interacting with real life projects, and we think that Catalyst has a profound need of this solution. Imagine if all the Catalyst Projects that become real, could be registered, their terms and conditions written in black and white, their partners "sign" those conditions and everything is documented onchain via an SSI solution. Ain't that solve many of the problems the teams face when the project is already running? Ain't this will be awesome as well for the community and the Cardano ecosystem so those projects are more of a "formal" entity so they can act as one? Ain't this can solve many societal issues that we have seen arouse day after day?

Wouldn't it be great if the company's wallet is the want that receives the funding?

In this evolution of our project we will be releasing our MVP to the Catalyst community, so projects (winning or not) can register themselves to the platform, the projects that prove they have a funded/won proposal in Catalyst will have 1 year of free services from the platform.

What have we built

Below you can see how the process work in our current platform, which is running in PreProd. If you have a preprod Gamechanger wallet (or you can easily create one) you can try it for yourself.

As you can see in the process above, we provide a very simple but powerful and secure why to register the Company on chain, and document it via NFTs for the Company itself and the partners.

WHAT do we want to do now

We will incorporate more information on-chain, aiming to use Atala Prism Services, so companies can create verifiable identities for the Company, for the contract (terms and conditions) and for the parterns, a multisig wallet using GameChangers functionalities and some company basic operations and processes needed to manage funds and other basic company needs.

We also wants to add support for readable names, instead of addresses, we might be able to integrate with ADAHandle, instead of creating our own. But that needs to be researched.

We want to give project catalyst funded projects this existing platform as a free service for a year, up to 500 projects. That can be co-selected with IOG or if the community is willing to participate via a voting on projects that register their interest to be considered.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

We clearly addresses the Challenge objectives by presenting a DAPP, that helps any type of other Projects in Cardano to register as a digital company, with proper societal terms, and register that On chain, to give their project a solid base of trust and clear ownership of the Digital Assets it will generate or hold.

Creating this company's registry can create a more profesional and clean ecosystem, of people building in Cardano.

It will help on many fronts, from dispute resolutions, to transparency, to tax or regulatory management.

It can also provide a company's directory from great products and services building on Cardano

It will showcase the use of SSI and Atala Prism, the great unique Wallet functionality we have on the Cardano blockchain, with GameChanger and the power of our Blockchain, with its native capabilities.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Our success will be measured by the following KPIs:

• Number of companies registered as DCorps.
• Number of Digital Identities created and related to the DCorps.
• Number of Corporate Wallets created in the Platform.
• Number/Amount of Assets stored and managed in these Corporate Wallets.
• Number of Contracts onchain created to reflect the terms and conditions of the DCorprs.
• Number of verification request of DIDs issued by the Public Registry.
• Number of legal entities that link themselves with a DCorp.
• Number of transactions performed via DCorps Corporate Wallets.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

Besides the monthly reports and the Proof of Achievement for each milestone, we will be reporting on what projects in Cardano need, from the registration perspective.

We are going to allow 500 companies in Cardano (funded by Catalyst) to formalize their projects into a DCorp as well as the terms and conditions the Partners agree to have between them, generating the basis for better healthy companies and relationships.

How ready and what challenges arouse when adopting Atala Prism solution, and we are open to work closely with the team and its partners, such as RootsID so we can provide real world feedback.

We would like to start providing regular data, about the amount and type of companies registered building on Cardano, but that is for the next phase.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Over a period of 6 months we were building the Model, the architecture, the platform and the operations, with the release of our MVP we have provided real world evidence of our capabilities.

Our team has a combined experience that provides a unique set of skills to create Startups and projects in the Cardano ecosystem, with founders with high technical background on many complex types of projects as well as in the company building, business and commercial side of the equation.

Our tech team has learned a ton from the MVP building and has achieved great proficiency with the Cardano Blockchain and its associate products and services.

We mastered the GameChanger integration, Blockfrost queries and the DCorp company creation process and its relationship with the NFTs that are minted in the blockchain.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

Our main goal is to register at least 500 projects that are/were awarded a grant in Catalyst.

We have tested the MVP, we are using production ready technology such as GameChanger and Blockfrost and we plan to incorporate the services from Atala Prism and RootsID.

Given that been said, we will be doing several onboarding sessions with interested parties, coordinate with Project Catalyst IO team to offer this service as a "formal"service to the awarded projects and collect and act upon all the insights we gather from this phase.

The cloud services we use can scale with strong elasticity, so we don't see any bottlenecks on that front. The scaling capabilities of the SSI services, could be a potential risk, but if we work closely with the Atala Prism team we think they can be mitigated

Based on the objectives presented above our Milestones will be as follows:

1) Milestone 0: Project and Team setup: 1 Week

Launch MVP1 to Catalyst projects, so they can register their intention to create their Company's and NFTs on the current version.

2) Milestone 1: Discovery : 1 Month

• Meeting with Catalyst teams, Atala Prism teams, Roots ID teams and GameChanger team.
• Produce the Insights needed relevant for this phase of the project
• Create the User Journeys to incorporate SSI/Atala Prism services, to replace NFTs
• Create the evolved Architecture of the platform
• Selection process to choose the 500 companies that will win our 1 year free grant and be onboarded to DCorps

3) Milestone 2: Development: 3 Months

• GameChanger V2 integrated, with the new MultiSig wallet working
• Atala Prism/RootsID services integrated to generate the DIDs and verifiable credentials for the Company, Its terms and conditions (contract) and its partners.
• Create a project estimated timeline for the 6 Sprints to be delivered (Each Sprint will last 10 Days)
• Set dates for the 6 Sprint Planning sessions, 6 Review Sessions and the Retrospectives
• Perform 3 onboarding sessions and provide materials so all the 500 companies can onboard themselves into DCorps

Milestone 2: End of Month 3 - Platform evolved to new version working in the Test environment (preprod) with the new features and integrations working, and a call for registered companies to try the new capabilities in Preprod.

If tests and feedback are OK. we plan to upgrade the platform to the new version 1 month after the end of the development phase

Milestone 3: End of Month 4 - New platform migrated to Production, assure all companies are having no difficulties to access and migrate their DIDs.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Creating this registry for companies in Cardano, will allow a more professional and structured ecosystem, where projects can really become companies, generating a lot of traction and visibility for the ecosystem.

Using DCorps for Catalyst funded projects could create a lot of transparency, accountability and also sustainable growth for all the great projects building in it. And we are giving the platform for free for a year to 500 projects.
