The proposed solution will include a full marketing blitz to promote understanding and opertunities of the Atala Prism program. This projects will include out reach on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit, using artistic methods to spread awareness. we will also set up interviews, discussions, appearances, on as many platforms and community groups and members as possible. will also host marathon twitter spaces to increase engagement. Additionally we will be completing governance workshops.

Fractal Fuzion has already enrolled in the Atala PRISM pioneers program and will complete the program as is required for this challenge.

The goal of the proof of concept in this scenario is to present a comprehensive marketing strategy for Atala PRISM and demonstrate its potential effectiveness in achieving the desired objectives. It serves as a blueprint or pilot program to showcase how the marketing activities and tactics outlined in the concept can generate awareness, drive adoption, establish credibility, and engage the community effectively. By presenting a well-thought-out strategy and supporting rationale, the proof of concept aims to gain stakeholders' confidence and support for implementing the marketing blitz on a larger scale.

Many Cardano users are unaware of Atala PRISM. Outreach and marketing for educational and promotional purposes would be a great improvement / benefit to the Atala PRISM ecosystem. All content will be open source creative commons and can be used as educational tools in the future to keep growing PRISM. This Solution will address the challenge by raising awarness accelerate adoption, will communicate with the community of what this program actually does so that members can participate. This will benefit the Cardano ecosystem by increasing participation thus making the Prism program function properly. This initiative would provide valuable education to current and potential Cardano users.

This is a brand new proposal from an experienced Cardano user and Community member. Fractal Fuzion has participated in Catalyst in Fund 8 and 9 and has demonstrated the ability to complete projects, and deliver to the community. There is a proven trackrecord of success, and accountability to the Cardano Community.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The main goals of the project are to have a robust marketing strategy that captivates the audience and increases awareness about the Atala PRISM protocol on Cardano. This is very feasible especially since I have conducted succussful Marketing campains in the past.

• Complete the Atala PRISM Pioneer Program
• Complete a Governance Framework workshop
• Join a Governance Framework working group at Trust over IP
• Identify stakeholders including issuers, holders, verifiers, policy makers, and their business requirements
• Establish a cadence of meetings and contribution and convene a home for parties to adopt and participate in the Ecosystem and Ecosystem Governance via regular twitter spaces
• Progress towards publishing a Governance Framework
• Develop a Proof of Concept

The 1rst phase will Last approx. 1 month and will set up the infrastructure of the campaign. We will design all of the marketing materials including comprehensive Videos, logos, banners, 3d, AR, CNFT content. During this period we will also set up interviews, discussions, appearances, on as many platforms and community groups and members as possible. Complete Atala PRISM pioneers course.

The 2nd Phase will be aimed at onboarding members of the Cardano community into the PRISM pioneers cohort, as well as marketing for Atala PRISM. The marketing blitz will focus on finding active Cardano community members in their respective online ecosystems. The marketing will deploy all of the materials that were made in phase 1 and will execute the full schedule of appearances, discussions, and interviews. Conducting governance workshops.

The 3rd Phase will include recording progress of the entire campaign. will document the highlights into a CNFT that will be distributed as a record of information about the campaign. Make available free of charge to everyone to further push the information / educational reference materials into the community. This Entire project will be roadmaped into a NFTPOC "Non-Fungible Token Proof of Concept. This should be finished about 3 months from initial funding.
