[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

1. Problem - we, as team of developers, joined Cardano ecosystem in 2021 as Plutus Pioneers Attendees. It was BinarApps back then. We learnt 1 year on how to create Cardano dapps. Then we created Byron Network entity and released our work. We also support IOG as vendor team. We noticed there is a lack of new dev teams incoming to Cardano ecosystem. This open source repo should help to start building with Cardano
2. Why we do this - we have built our software thanks to support of investors and our own time. We tried to succeed on the field of products - mobile wallet and DEX. During one year of development we faced crisis and lack of further funding. Also we noticed that our experience is what we have the best. This is why we decided to share our work and also - get paid a little bit for our time spent on creating this software.
3. Engagement - we truly believe we will initiate the first choice software repo for wallet infrastructure - we hope to attract devs to contribute to open source
4. We want to demonstrate the impact of our proposal by number of supporters on github

• Byron Network works with IOG as an outsourced vendor - team of developers helping to build projects. We work on projects like Sidechains and VVA (Voltaire Voting App)
• BinarApps (Byron Network mother company) is 150 developers with 10 years of experience in software development
• Maciej Krasowski (founder of both companies) is a Polish Blockchain Association Founding Member, Fintech Central Poland creator and fintech + blockchain enthusiast for 5 years now. Working closely with two communities: Cardano and Dash

We created our company and continued our work on products (DEX and Wallet) with the idea of funding it by IDO (public sale). We have never reached that point due to market crisis in Q4 2022. Since that time we spend our own money and the money of our private investors to continue the work and keep the services alive. Today, as a trusted IOG vendor - we'd love to share our work with the Community, having some funds coming back to us. We want to spend those funds on future works.

The cost is based on part of our work put into creating this app. We spend more than a year with a team of 4 people (2 devs, PM and designer) to create it. Requested funds are around 30% of what our team spent.
