It will be dependent on finding the dedicated projects that are ready for us to create a special custom portal for them. There are plenty of NFT projects in the space that would benefit from this and we already have a list of projects interested so I don't think this will be a stumbling block in deploying these special custom collector's portals.

Many NFT projects are working hard but failing to create a platform that properly displays their unique collection and help collectors better understand how their collectors can best enjoy their collections and fully utilize their utility. Outsiders are confused and don't know where to start with new collections.

What makes our approach unique is that we will create the custom portal for each project dependent on their needs just as we did with our custom portal. We have created the framework through our personal portal: https://weirdoznft.io/

We have already partnered with 30+ NFT projects and have created relationships within the ecosystem which will make it easy for us to decide who will get the portals.

When we create these portals for these projects, we will display a sense of professionalism and be able to attract more collectors into the Cardano ecosystem. The easier we can make collecting, the more people will join and help us grow the whole Cardano ecosystem.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

These funds will benefit 10 other projects on Cardano because we will use the funds to create the portal for them. It'll give us greater knowledge to create better and better portals and give us the funding to continue to create these portals for the Cardano ecosystem.

When collectors come into a project that has a Collector's Portal, it'll easily introduce them to the project and allow newer collectors to easily navigate the project.

Many people who don't know about NFTs hesitate to join because it is complicated and they don't know where to start. This fixes many of these challenges.

On top of that, with the APIs we are using to buy direct from the portal, this will increase the sales on the various marketplaces across the ecosystem. It will also show the for sale NFTs from all marketplaces and allow them to buy from the portal regardless of which marketplace it is listed on. We believe this will add to the decentralization of the NFT market.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Success will come when we deploy the new portals. Once we have successfully created at least 10 new portals, we would mark this as a success for this specific project.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

With each portal we create, we will be able to add new features. Currently we have already created a buy direct from the portal feature and a multi-sig token distribution directly in the portal. Other features will be able to be added such as a shopping cart feature. We have many ideas to create a portal where the collector will not need to go anywhere but the portal to successfully collect the project NFTs.

With our sold out first sale, we used those funds to demonstrate a working product with our own Collectors Portal. We have a working product and are ready to expand this product to other projects in the Cardano ecosystem.

We are the only team who have delivered a custom portal that we know of with all the bells and whistles that our portal has.

We continue to add features to this portal and feel very confident in our ability to customize it for other projects.

Our goals are simple with this proposal. We want to create 10 custom portals for 10 different NFT collections.

Within the first month we will select the 10 projects we plan to work with.

In month two we will begin the building of the first project. We will create a new portal at a rate of 1 new portal every 2 weeks until we have completed all 10 projects.

We will produce custom portals for Cardano NFT projects. By creating these, we expect to create easier onboarding for new people and a comfortable place where collectors can collect and understand the utility and goals of the project they are investing in.

Once we create a portal, we will track the NFT sales for that project and the number of wallets from before the creation until after to see if what we have created is indeed helping more people invest into these projects.

The bulk of the funds will go to the dev work for each individual portal as customizing takes a lot of time. So we are paying for 6 months of dev work, two weeks per project. This comes to 4.5k ADA per project.

Another 1.5k per project will go to the collaboration between the manager of the WeirdOZ project and the manager of the portal project to get the customization right.

With creating our portal we have learned the time it takes for our Developer to complete the work at his rate and also the time it takes to create the partnerships and customization of the portal.
