In order to achieve our goal of onboarding and educating thousands of fans and artists, we propose a three part solution:
• Bringing outside to inside (of web3) - Onboarding onto Cardano:
We will produce and partner to co-produce four music & education centric events with integrated activation tents, onboarding centers to setup a wallet, collect a compilation of artists at the event, airdrops and more.
• Growing the music and fan ecosystem in established (web3) communities:
We are looking to bring better produced and curated music and entertainment experiences to web3 conferences, utilizing the music connection and exploring the growth of music in this environment via after parties and interactive, token gated upgrades and access.
• Educating on the impact of web3 music and blockchain technology from artist royalties to distribution and beyond:
To grow the awareness of web3 music and tech, we can speak on all of the use cases that we as The Listening Room, and our individual founders, can speak on from experience and showcase the ever-growing potential of how this all ties together with artist control, fan connection and experience.
We use our music & event production skills and passion for blockchain technology to educate the masses and expand the reach of the Cardano ecosystem!
We have successfully curated multiple live entertainment & music events and partnered with Cardano blockchain developers and community members to provide exclusive experiences not limited to: ticketing, token gating, airdrops, access to merch, backstage passes, etc. enriching the ecosystem with real life use cases!

We will gather and analyze data such as Ticket Sales, Merch Sales, NFT Sales, Participant Activity, Social Media Ads, Website and Social Analytics, Adoption Rates and more.
By showcasing music first events and gaining interest through live performances, education and giveaways, we showcase the potential of Cardano and how musicians and fans can connect on a more intimate level.
With qualitative feedback on artist and fan experiences and satisfaction, we will gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact and feasibility of future events!
In order for us to fully realize the impact of our productions, we will strategically execute the following steps and reassess on a quarterly basis:

We have 20+ years in the music business from releasing music to event curation and design.
Our priority is to successfully produce impactful events, pay the artists, onboard and bring in new artists, and curate a high-quality experience for everyone from performers to fans.
We’ve managed events with hundreds to thousands of people and have the ability to facilitate staff across all facets of a live production/event.
We have the marketing, design and promotional experience to put together properly targeted ads and can put together Reels, Tik-Tok videos, animated flyers, teaser reels and digital billboards to promote our presence as co-creators and for our fully hosted LR event.
