Our solution to the problem of the scarce amount of educational resources in Spanish on the Cardano blockchain is to create a one-month online course with pre-recorded classes and interactive discussion space with resolution of common questions. The topics to be discussed are blockchain technology, basic financial knowledge and basic sciences in Spanish. This course will makes it easier and accessible educational resources to Spanish speakers around the world.
Added to the challenge of onboarding to Cardano and understanding its technology, in Latin America we have the language barrier as an obstacle. For this reason it is essential to approach the Spanish-speaking community in a friendly, easy and accessible way of education to let them understand the power sustained by the scientific method powering Cardano and understanding what Cardano is and the problems that could solve.
Our solution provides the much-needed education that helps encourage young people and students of careers related to computer sciences, finance and systems engineering, to learn about how the decentralized economy of blockchain can solve problems in today's society. The objective is to bring Spanish-speaking people closer to the Cardano ecosystem. This will lead to nurturing Cardano with new voices and ideas that can help give creative solutions to problems of the Cardano community and also to increase its reach of knowledge throughout the world.
The impact of the project will be measured through the number of people who sign up for it, the testimonials collected during and after the classes, the number of questions and comments in the discussion forums, and the number of students who complete the course. As all forms of education, it can be measured in the short term, but it can also be measured in the medium term if these types of projects are repeated over time.
Documentation and Publications:
We will prepare comprehensive documentation and reports that outline the project's objectives, activities, and outcomes. This documentation will serve as a reference for future initiatives and can be publicly shared with community members. We will publish articles and blog posts detailing the project's methodology, findings, and impact in relevant publications and platforms. We also will share success stories, case studies, and testimonials from participants in the project to showcase the tangible outcomes and benefits experienced.
Online Platforms and Communication Channels:
We will utilize the Cardano community platforms, such as the official Cardano forum, social media channels, and developer portals, to share the project's outputs and impact.
We will engage with the Spanish-speaking community by translating and sharing relevant content, updates, and resources in Spanish. Create an specific website.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
We will establish partnerships with other blockchain projects, educational institutions, and organizations in the Cardano ecosystem to cross-promote and share the project's outputs. Collaborate with Spanish-speaking influencers, content creators, and media outlets to raise awareness about the project's impact and opportunities. And engage with other research and development communities, both within the blockchain space and other relevant fields, to exchange knowledge and insights gained from the project.
Workshops and Presentations:
We will organize workshops, seminars, and presentations at relevant conferences, meetups, and events to share the project's findings and outcomes. We will collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry conferences to present the project's results and engage with a broader audience. Provide opportunities for project participants to present their work and share their experiences during these events.
As a university professor and systems engineering student we know the responsibility that comes with education. For this reason, it is essential that the project reaches the largest number of Spanish speakers in the most efficient and accessible way possible. We will enumerate a series of characteristics that support us.
Experience and Expertise:
The experience and insights of our team in the relevant domains such as blockchain technology, education, community engagement and project management since 2020. The initiative to participate in Cardano for 2 and a half years demonstrates our ability to deliver projects with high levels of trust and responsibility. The planning and execution of transparent projects demonstrating funds and activities developed with them.
Transparent Project Planning and Execution
We will develop a clear project plan that describes the objectives, activities, deadlines and deliverables, guaranteeing transparency in the decision-making processes. There the interested parties will be informed about the progress of the project through regular updates and reports. I also know. They will establish mechanisms to request feedback and incorporate it into the execution of the project.
Commitment and communication
A very important part of the structure of this project will be to promote open communication channels with the Cardano community, participants, sponsors and collaborators. And it is also necessary actively engage stakeholders in the project through regular consultations, surveys and feedback sessions to address concerns and questions quickly and transparently.
Financial Management and Responsibility
Our team will implement sound financial management practices to ensure proper handling of funds. which is necessary establish clear and accountable processes for budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. therefore we will provide regular and transparent updates on the use of funds, demonstrating responsible financial management.
Independent Audit and Evaluation
We will engage auditors from the Cardano community and independent testers to review project progress, financial management, and overall accountability.
Increase Awareness and Education
The main goal of the project is to increase awareness and provide education about Cardano and blockchain technology among the Spanish-speaking community in Latin America. This includes raising awareness about the benefits of Cardano, its scientific approach, and its potential applications in various industries.
The achievement of this goal can be validated through metrics such as the number of participants engaged in educational activities, the reach and engagement of Spanish-language content, feedback from participants indicating increased knowledge and understanding, and the growth of the Spanish-speaking Cardano community.
Foster Community Engagement
Another goal is to foster active engagement and participation from the Spanish-speaking community in the Cardano ecosystem. This involves encouraging collaboration, discussion, and contribution from community members, as well as facilitating networking opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Community engagement can be measured through metrics such as the number of active participants in Spanish-language community channels, the level of participation in events, forums, and collaborations, and feedback from community members indicating increased involvement and satisfaction.
Empower Spanish-Speaking Developers
The project aims to empower Spanish-speaking developers by providing them with the necessary resources, tools, and support to learn and develop applications on the Cardano blockchain. This includes providing coding tutorials, documentation, and access to developer communities.
The success of this goal can be measured by the number of Spanish-speaking developers engaged in the project, the number of applications or projects developed by the community, and feedback from developers indicating their enhanced skills and confidence in building on Cardano.
Implementation Approach:
To implement the project approach effectively, the following strategies can be adopted:
Validation of the project's feasibility and effectiveness can be done through regular assessments and feedback from participants, analysis of engagement metrics, tracking the growth of the Spanish-speaking Cardano community, and soliciting input from key stakeholders. This iterative process will help evaluate the success of the project's approach and make necessary adjustments as needed.
