Students face challenges in connecting with like-minded individuals, balancing academic responsibilities with gaming interests, and usually lack resources for skill improvement and pursuing careers.
We will use the SingularityNET Ambassador program Bounty Board to effectively onboard and engage students to the Cardano Ecosystem through focus on Cardano Games
This is the total amount allocated to WEB3 Gaming Guild for students.

A collaboration between the SingularityNET Ambassador program, SWARM and AdaQuest.
This proposal introduces the concept of using the SingularityNET Ambassadors Bounty Board to organise and manage bounties, which incentivise and onboard newcomers to engage in Cardano Projects.
The reason for this proposal is based on two experiences within the Cardano ecosystem which started to explore the effective use of Bounty Board.
Based on these first experiences, we believe that there still needs to be a lot to be discovered in order to launch a successful Cardano Bounty Board - StartUp. We will take learned lessons from these initiatives to further discover and explore the best use cases for bounty boards and to develop further possibilities on how to best use the Bounty systems for Web3 communities and ecosystems.
The effective use of Bounties has been explored and established by SWARM, furthermore has been successfully implemented into the SingularityNET Ambassadors program, where after one year, more than 5000 tasks and bounties have been completed by the community.
In this proposal, we collaborate with AdaQuest, a native Cardano Gaming project with which we will coordinate and communicate closely to launch tailor made bounties. The decision to start with gaming-focused bounties has some strong advantages as games allow a wide range of people to easily engage at the Cardano Ecosystem.
The main idea is to create 3 different levels of Bounties ( Gold, Silver and Bronze ) which allow students from the COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus in Pakistan to engage in different levels of Bounty - difficulties.
Bounties would be incentives through 3 different token
Ada, AGIX & QUEST
This setup will increase the diversity of rewards, while promoting effective collaborations between the 3 parties. Successful task completion can be further incentivised through AdaQuest NFTs.
The Bounties would be hosted in the SingularityNET Ambassadors Dework space:
https://app.dework.xyz/singularitynet-ambas where we will install a own “Gamers Guild” space which will be managed by Malik & Slate, furthermore advised by SWARM.
Communications between Bounties and applicants will be done via Discord and all transactions will be tracked through the SWARM Treasury System which allows us to provide a fully transparent distribution and track of rewards.
The impact of this proposal surely lies on the concept of a general use of Bounty Board to target Students. Outcomes from this proposal aim to conceptualise gained knowledge and experience will be used to blueprint best practices and to allow other initiatives to take benefit of achieved Bounty systems and processes and to adapt and apply these processes to their own projects.
The success of the Project will be measured through
( easy measurable through the Dework Platform )
( easy measurable through the Dework Platform )

The outputs of the proposals implementation will be shared through
This proposal, as a collaboration between 3 Groups, namely the SingularityNET Ambassador Program, SWARM and AdaQuest ensures that all needed skills and experience are on place to successfully implement the Proposal
Swarm & SingualrityNET Ambassador program completed more than 5000 Tasks and Bounties over the last year, proving the effective use case of bounty boards.
All three entities have been around for quite a while and have proven to be reliable and competent executors.
The main goal is to adopt and adapt Bounty Systems to effectively onboard students to the Cardano Ecosystem, the feasibility of this proposal has been proved through the past year, since SWARM explored and established Bounty Board processes and systems.
The Bounties will first focus on interaction and engagements between Students from the COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus in Pakistan and aim to bootstrap needed knowledge and experience to develop and emerging Bounty Board - for students startup which will be further developed by Malik & Slate in collaboration and with support from SWARM and AdaQuest.
By the end of the proposal, we aim to have gathered all needed experience and expertise to further develop an effective Bounty Board system and processes which will help the inception and emergence of StartUp. The emerged StartUp from this proposal, will definitely plan a Catalyst Fund 11 proposal. Though, before going this step, we want to build practice based knowledge.
