Several communities in Cardano are "lost" and mostly detached from Cardano due to their geography, language, lack of networking+promotion skills.
This is the total amount allocated to 45B: Helping small Cardano communities globally.
We'll reach out to get to know and promote Communities work, translate to bridge any language gap, introduce communites to cross-polinate.

Our approach will be multi-disciplinary across social/communication platforms, networks/niches, community motivations. We'll map the ecosystem of communities and find opportunities across the space.
This initiative will establish connection with Communities, assess and help complement lackings in their image and presentation, foster visibility and participation in ecosystem events.
Also, as 45B's mission is to turn Cardano outwards, we'll help communities bridge with any real-world use cases or community spaces where they can tell their story and inspire cross-pollination.
There is much to learn from each others's challenges and progress. This project is a step towards a healthier Network state of Cardano, bridging to the outside world.
45B is composed of and has access to professionals with an extensive track record of delivering solutions in Finance, Banking and other lines of business. Also they are responsible in helping the promotion and socials of some players in the Cardano ecosystem.
