• The Vietnam Cardano community is growing, helping the community access more in-depth technical knowledge is essential.
• As of September 2024, there have been 226 research papers published by IOG here. These are technical and in-depth research papers about Blockchain and Cardano. Although we have translated these research papers into Vietnamese to create a knowledge library for the community here, there are still members in our community who need to discuss and learn more. We realize that there is a need for livestream sessions via Zoom to share knowledge about these research papers with the community. Through such sharing sessions, our community will have more basic knowledge about Blockchain and Cardano, as well as an environment for discussion and development.
• This proposal is aimed at members who need to learn more technical documents. We will raise community awareness about Blockchain in general and Cardano in particular.
• Our solution: We will organize livestreams via Zoom to share knowledge about IOG technical research paper library with the Vietnam Cardano community. Then, we will post the recorded videos on our Youtube channel.
• The difference of our solution: IOG research paper library includes a lot of useful knowledge. This library includes research that has been and is being implemented on Cardano. In addition, it also has knowledge about Blockchain, cryptography, mathematical theory, etc. This is a peer-reviewed resource and has been referenced by Charles Hoskinson many times in his videos.. We are the first team in Vietnam to translate these research papers into Vietnamese. For this proposal in Fund 13, we continue to bring valuable knowledge by creating livestreams via Zoom to share knowledge about these research papers.

[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

• This is a non-technical proposal. We will create livestreams via Zoom to share knowledge with the Vietnamese Cardano community. Through this proposal, we will help the Vietnam Cardano community access formal knowledge about Blockchain and Cardano. There are many useful and necessary knowledge published by IOG, such as Mithril, Minotaur, Ouroboros Chronos, Kachina, Djed, .... By sharing this knowledge, we will help the Vietnam Cardano community understand the superiority of Cardano compared to other platforms. In addition, we will contribute to the formation of a quality and knowledgeable community. We have many years of experience building the Vietnamese Cardano community. Our Telegram group has more than 2700 members, our Youtube channel has about 20600 subscribers. In addition, our website cardano.vn provides a lot of useful information about Cardano.
• How we measure impact: we measure the following metrics: the number of people who attend Zoom sessions, and the number of views of the videos after the recordings are posted on our Youtube channel.
• We will share the progress and success of our project here. Through this link, you will be able to follow the progress of our work, as well as follow the results of the work we have completed.
• We will share the output of the project on our Youtube channel. All livestreams will be recorded, edited and uploaded to our Youtube channel. In addition, we will share the output of our project in our Telegram group. This group has a quality and lively discussion in the Vietnam Cardano community.

• We are also a member of the "[Fimi] CatalystTalk for Vietnamese" proposal funded in Fund 10. We have had 6 Talk sessions sharing content related to Catalyst for the Cardano Vietnam community. In addition, we have video tutorials related to the stages in Catalyst. You can watch our videos here. Although we have completed this project (here is our project close-out video), we still have 2 Talk sessions to introduce Catalyst Fund 12 to the Cardano Vietnam community. • We have completed the proposal "IOG Reasearch Paper Library for the Cardano Vietnam community", here is our close-out video. With this proposal, we have translated 45 documents into Vietnamese. In addition, we are a member of the proposal "[CaFi] Peer-Reviewed Technical Research Paper Library in Vietnamese version". With this proposal, we will translate 75 documents into Vietnamese. We have now completed milestone 2. You can see our report here. We expect to complete this proposal in December 2024.
• In addition, we have experience in organizing knowledge sharing sessions about Cardano. Here is an example of such sharing sessions. Our team has experts with in-depth knowledge about Blockchain and Cardano. We ensure to provide accurate and high-quality information about Blockchain and Cardano.
• We have experience in project management as well as project budget management. As evidence, we have 2 completed projects in Fund 10 and Fund 11, as well as an ongoing project in Fund 12.
• We have predicted some risks and mitigation solutions as follows: Risk 1: The documentation library has a lot of technical language. Mitigation solution 1: Our experts will use more understandable language to make it more accessible to the community. Risk 2: Technical documentation sharing sessions will attract few participants. Risk mitigation solution 2: We have a marketing plan on Facebook and Telegram to help more people know.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

• Our proposal has 3 types of costs: First, the cost for the speaker. Second, the cost for the organizer, cohost, support. Third, other costs such as video production, marketing, Zoom account. All of our costs are for organizing livestreams to share knowledge about IOG technical research paper library. This will bring positive impacts to the Vietnamese Cardano community.
• We decide our project's budget based on the following factors: First, IOG research paper is highly technical, so we have carefully prepared the documents right from translating them into Vietnamese. To have enough skills to share such knowledge, we need speakers with a lot of experience and skills about Blockchain and Cardano. Second, we base the cost of the proposal "[Fimi] CatalystTalk for Vietnamese" and "[Fimi] Cardanotalk for Vietnamese". These are two proposals involving our members that were funded in Fund 10.
• The values we bring to the Cardano ecosystem: Our sharing sessions will help the Vietnamese Cardano community improve their knowledge and awareness of Blockchain in general and Cardano in particular. Through knowledge sharing sessions, we will attract the participation of community members. In addition, videos of the sharing sessions will be posted on our Youtube channel, which will create a long-term resource for the community.
