The “Cardano Explorers” proposal promises to address important challenges facing the Cardano community through the creation of a series of high-quality and engaging videos. We aim to produce at least 48 videos within 6 months, with the aim of achieving at least 30,000 views and active participation from at least 50 people on our Telegram group.

We plan to measure the impact of the project through a variety of metrics, including the number of viewers, followers, comments, shares, likes, and ratings on social media platforms. We will also measure the number of responses, suggestions, questions, or requests for videos or related topics. This will help us assess how the community receives and interacts with our content, providing information to improve and refine our content production strategy.

The project’s outcomes will bring value to the Cardano community by increasing awareness and understanding of Cardano, promoting community engagement and interaction, and respecting and recognizing the contributions of those who have worked and are working on the development of Cardano. By creating a strong and diverse community, we will also encourage and support innovative ideas and projects that use Cardano to drive innovation and positive social change.

The outcomes and opportunities from our project will be shared through our social media channels, including a wrap-up video, articles, and community feedback. We will also create a detailed report to share the outputs, comments from the community, and the next opportunities we are targeting. This helps create a continuous feedback and improvement cycle, thereby increasing the value of the project to the Cardano community.

We are a team with 6 years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and Cardano platform. We have experience in accounting, journalism, translation team management, and have experts in editing and translating professional videos. Experience and expertise: We have many years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and the Cardano platform. We have experience in propaganda, journalism, translation team management, programming skills, dApp feature research and professional video production. The team joined Catalyst from fund 7 and has a deep understanding of Catalyst and Cardano. Our team consists of experts in this field, ensuring the ability to provide accurate, reliable and high-quality content and information about Cardano dApps. We have conducted many free sharing sessions for the Vietnamese Cardano community.

Our implementation process includes:

Step 1: Select and review information for translation, including IOG documentary videos, news videos and updates about Cardano. Ensure the selected content is suitable for beginners to join the Cardano ecosystem.

Step 2: Translate information to be suitable and easy to understand in Vietnamese, review translated content.

Step 3: Select images that convey content, create videos with voiceover. The completed video will be reviewed again before publishing.

We strictly follow the above process to ensure the content is conveyed to viewers in the best way. The funds will be used entirely to pay for the work of the members, details of which are provided in the detailed budget breakdown. For the above reasons, the completion of this project is fully within our Capabilities.

The output product results include 48 videos with 300 minutes of diverse, attractive, and accurate content about Cardano. The video content is posted on the Youtube channel and is strictly censored, meeting the requirements: Concise, easy-to-understand, complete content, suitable illustrations, attractive and appealing to viewers. The video is made public to the Cardano community on Youtube, providing value to developers and attracting new users.

Results that can be achieved according to the milestones as committed above, we expect to have over 30,000 views of the uploaded videos by the end of the project, the youtube channel will achieve an increase of 50 new subscribers. We will measure this result on the Youtube channel with specific figures. To monitor the progress of the implementation, we will make regular reports. In addition, the figures on our Youtube channel will be aggregated into the reports and videos at the end of the project.

We have a team of translators who have been collaborating with us for a long time, who are ready to support the project with translation and content editing.

• Reward for creating content based on the translation (with an estimated working time of 2 hours): 160 ADA/Content/Video
• Reward for the person who consults and censors the published content (with an estimated working time of 1 hour): 80 ADA/Content/Video
• Reward for the person who reads the document and publishes it as Audio (with an estimated working time of 2 hours): 160 ADA/Content/Video
• Reward for the video producer (with an estimated working time of 8 hours): 640 ADA/Video

• One-time reward only for the person who made the Final Report and Project Completion Video: 125 ADA

The above costs are based on the income level of specific jobs such as: Salary for translators, Costs for video construction and creation. In addition, some costs related to management work, content approval are determined based on the income of this job, working time and skills that members need to complete the product, average income in the Blockchain field in Vietnam.

The proposed cost will be a worthy reward for community members who have made positive contributions to the development of the Vietnamese Cardano community, while also encouraging new people to join the Cardano ecosystem.

The cost of the project demonstrates the suitability and effectiveness of the Cardano ecosystem because:

- The project will create high-quality content about Cardano in Vietnamese, helping to increase awareness and participation of the Vietnamese community in this ecosystem.

- The project will collaborate with reputable partners and investors in the cryptocurrency field, such as IOG, Emurgo, Cardano Foundation and other Cardano community groups around the world, to update the latest information and share practical experiences.

- The project's cost is calculated based on the average salary of journalists, editors, web developers and project managers in Vietnam, according to data from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. This cost is also in line with the typical freelance rate in the media and technology industry in Vietnam, according to data from Freelancer.com.
