Our project recognizes that, although Cardano is one of the most advanced blockchains, Vietnamese users still have limited understanding and access to its applications. This reduces the opportunity for community growth and the potential of Cardano in Vietnam.

We approach this problem by creating videos introducing the features and usage of Cardano dApps, with the goal of increasing understanding and accessibility for the Vietnamese community. The project will attract people interested in blockchain technology, especially those who want to explore Cardano's potential in developing decentralized applications.

The impact of the project will be the creation of a community of users who are knowledgeable and willing to use Cardano dApps, while expanding the acceptance and use of blockchain technology in Vietnamese society.

The unique point of this solution is: This is the first project in Vietnam to introduce and provide in-depth information about dApps on Cardano and the presentation is easy to understand and attractive to users of all levels. The main beneficiaries of the project will be those who want to expand their knowledge and participate in this technological revolution. This is important for Cardano because it not only helps expand the user community but also creates an independent and growing environment for dApps on this platform, while promoting the acceptance and use of blockchain technology in society.

The dApp introduction videos developed on the Cardano Blockchain platform set an important goal of increasing the understanding and use of Cardano applications in the Vietnamese community. To measure the impact of the project, both quantitative and qualitative methods can be applied.

Quantitative: the number of videos created 36, each video reaching over 500 views, and the number of new users joining the Cardano community

Qualitative: The understanding and awareness of Cardano in the Vietnamese cardano community. We can organize surveys or monitor feedback from viewers to assess the impact, which will provide a clear view of the influence and performance of the project.

The impact of videos introducing decentralized applications (dApps) is not only a way to introduce new technology but also an opportunity to promote the development of the blockchain community in Vietnam. With access to reliable and up-to-date information on how to use dApps through videos, users can easily access and continue to explore the potential world of blockchain technology.

Experience and expertise: We have many years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and the Cardano platform. We have experience in propaganda, journalism, translation team management, programming skills, dApp feature research and professional video production. The team joined Catalyst from fund 7 and has a deep understanding of Catalyst and Cardano. Our team consists of experts in this field, ensuring the ability to provide accurate, reliable and high-quality content and information about Cardano dApps. We have conducted many free sharing sessions for the Vietnamese Cardano community.

Community Building: With our experience in building and managing online communities, we are committed to creating a supportive, respectful and interactive environment for the Vietnamese community. The success of a community depends not only on providing information, but also on building a strong and united community. We are committed to providing educational activities and content, guiding and encouraging the active participation of all community members in dApps on Cardano. Review and management process: We have built a project management process, and have experience in this. This is evidenced by our proposals being funded in Catalyst Fund 7; Catalyst Fund 10 and Catalyst Fund 12. We will apply strict content review and management processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information shared on videos for Vietnamese people. All content will be thoroughly reviewed before being approved and published as video content. Our project implementation process:

Step 1: Understand the dApp’s features: Understand the purpose and goals and why the dApp was developed and Survey the basic features. Identify the basic features and functions of the dApp. This includes understanding how users can interact with the service, the main interfaces and functions of the application.

Step 2: Compile information and Analyze in detail the specific features and functions that the dApp provides Analyze the benefits that users can get from using “security, convenience, lower costs, or flexibility in use”.

Step 3: Use images and videos to illustrate, build videos, and dub videos.

Step 4: The completed video will be censored, ensuring that the content is presented clearly and attractively. Add graphics and sound effects to create the best video viewing experience for viewers.

Step 5: Upload videos on Youtube, share with the Cardano community on social media platforms, Manage published content, answer questions related to users' dApp usage.

We are committed to strictly following the above process to ensure the best content is delivered to viewers. The funds will be used entirely to pay for the work of the members, details are provided in the detailed budget analysis table. For the above reasons, completing this project is completely within our capacity.

Output: Publish 12 videos introducing Cardano DEX-Liquidity and Wallet dApps

Project Summary: We achieved the Output of 36 videos with diverse, engaging, and accurate content about the features and functions of dApps on Cardano. Video content is posted on Youtube channel and strictly censored, meeting the requirements: Content is concise, easy to understand, complete, suitable illustrations, attractive and appealing to viewers. Videos are made public to the Cardano community on Youtube, bringing value to developers and attracting new users to use dApps on the Cardano ecosystem. At the end of the project, we have a summary report and project conclusion video.

3. Do Viet Cuong - Capacity: Master - High school teacher. Researching Blockchain since 2017. Have CBCA certificate (Certificate ID: 6491554124aef68319023c7e). Community development, Cardano Vietnam community management. Content creator and video producer. Manage and implement funded projects in fund 10.

To produce and post a video introducing the dApp to the Vietnamese community through our Youtube channel, we have specific costs. Here are the rewards for the work members do:

• Reward for members who research Identify the main features of the dApp, test and analyze, build video publishing content: Time taken to produce 4 hours/video content: 4 hours X 80 ADA = 320 ADA
• Reward for Content Editors who write scripts based on reports made on the dApp: Time taken to produce 2 hours/video content: 2 hours X 80 ADA = 160 ADA
• Reward for consultants and content reviewers: 50 ADA/video content
• Reward for video recorders, live voiceovers and video producers: Time taken to produce 6 hours/video content: 6 hours X 80 ADA = 480 ADA
• Reward for content administrators and Public video: 30 ADA/ Video
