The program will be called “Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem Boot Camp Program”.

This program, which will be face-to-face and virtual, is aimed at young professionals recently graduated in the technical area of computer science, information technology, systems or similar, who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are enthusiastic about decentralized technologies, located in Spanish-speaking countries, in order to increase the use and adoption of the Cardano Ecosystem in local economies.

The objectives of the “Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem Boot Camp Program” are:

• To introduce participants, in an enjoyable and theoretical-practical way, to everything related to the organizations that are members of the Cardano Blockchain Platform, its functions, actions, scope, services, benefits and opportunities.
• Awaken skills and capabilities in the target population, related to the generation and development of entrepreneurship.
• Integrate the two previous points of knowledge, to foster the emergence of new CARDANO PIONEERS, promoting the generation and initial start-up of entrepreneurial ideas, which include as a main tool, the use of the Cardano platform, its tools, functionalities and benefits.
• This program guarantees a comprehensive training of the participant and promotes production in the localities, increasing the use and adoption of the Cardano Ecosystem.

Solution Description:

Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem Boot Camp Program.

Content preparation and participant selection

1. Translation into Spanish of documents and videos necessary for the Cardano technology training, so that the transfer of information and knowledge is more effective and reaches the participant
2. Selection of participants according to a pre-established entry profil

Beginning of the Boot Camp Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem (4 months)

The program begins with the following contents:

1. technical knowledge about the Cardano ecosystem, products and services that can drive the participant's development
2. Knowledge about the design of solutions and the use of financial application development platforms in Cardano, Marlowe
3. Soft skills to empower the individual self and ensure personal success
4. Administrative and managerial knowledge that will allow you to develop your entrepreneurial potential

Mentoring to entrepreneurial and enthusiastic participants.

• After the training obtained in the Boot Camp, the participant will receive the support of a mentor, who will guide him/her in the creation of the business idea and the first steps to turn it into a TECHNOLOGY-BASED ENTREPRENEURIAL proposal.
• This mentoring stage will last one week and the cycle will be repeated four times with new participants. Each group of participants will be fifteen (15) people for a total of sixty (60) participants.
• For this purpose, a team of mentors and collaborators will be formed to manage, follow up and leverage the entrepreneurship in the local economies of the country.

The benefits to the Cardano ecosystem are as follows:

a.   Cardano Ecosystem will be better known and used by entrepreneurs and enthusiasts by incorporating the population in the use of Cardano's Blockchain technology in ventures

b.   Networks will be created among pioneers who will handle 1- Technical knowledge, the products and services about Cardano Ecosystem; 2- Knowledge about solution design, use of financial application development platforms in Cardano, Marlowe; 3- Soft skills that empower the self and guarantee personal success; 4- Administrative and managerial knowledge that allow them to develop your entrepreneurial potential.

c.   The creation of Clusters with entrepreneurs will be promoted to generate synergies between the different modalities of disruptive technologies with the use of the Cardano platform.

d.   A greater growth of the Cardano ecosystem in Venezuela will be generated with the adoption and use of Ada in the national economic system that allows for greater competitiveness.

e.   Through the use of the Cardano platform, the opportunity gap for entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to access the productive development of their countries' economies will be reduced.

f.   The Cardano Ecosystem will benefit because new participants will have access to knowledge and seed funding to develop and launch their entrepreneurial projects, benefiting from the possibilities of the Cardano Ecosystem.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

FUNINTEC, through its academic infrastructure, has a team of teachers and professionals with extensive experience in technological development research, which guarantees the completion and success of the project. Among the capabilities of this team we can mention:

• In teaching: For being university teachers with more than 10 years teaching classes in computer engineering, business and project management and decentralized finance in the undergraduate and graduate area.
• In project management: For being leaders of scientific projects, undergraduate projects and promotion projects within the university institutions in which they work; as well as in the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of the same. In addition, they have extensive professional experience in this field of action. 
• In strategic alliances: With other organizations and university institutions in the area of technology, formed by professionals, students and specialists, with skills and capabilities in the development of decentralized applications.
• In experience: In the development of projects, as is the case of the successful progress in our first phase of the pilot project of the digital peer-reviewed scientific journal “INTEROPERABILIDAD” (Project ID 1100170).

Final milestone:

With the objective of having funds available to be offered to more viable venture projects that add value to the companies, it is planned to develop simpler and faster processes to offer them to viable venture projects for consolidation and support through the incubators of the Cardano Pioneers Program.

• Call for 100 entrepreneurship projects selected and approved to be in the incubator (individual or group).
• Event of delivery and signing of the agreement for the delivery of joint monitoring with the Incubator and commitment to support its management.
• A process of accompaniment and monitoring of the ventures will begin with the assigned mentors for a period of one month so that they can support them and monitor the fulfillment of the business plans associated with Cardano's blockchain technology.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

 The amounts associated with the project represent a medium-term investment, since in six (6) months the infrastructure required for the production of knowledge related to Cardano entrepreneurship through the generation of solid and relevant products and services for the community will be designed and implemented.

The development of training programs and technical instruction will enable and increase the level of reliability in the production and transfer of information related to Cardano blockchain and applications, strengthening adoption, innovation and the creation of a more robust and diversified ecosystem as is the Cardano Ecosystem.

The fees associated with qualified personnel with extensive development experience are below normal standards given the level of commitment and membership in the Cardano Community.

As for the dissemination and promotion of our product, it will allow visibility in social networks and conventional media of an informative space, which will play a significant role in the production and development of products and services leveraged on the blockchain, microenterprises and relevant ventures in the local economies of each Spanish-speaking country driving the permanence and commitment to their roots
