Cardano needs to increase the number of people who are initiated in the knowledge and sustained use of the Platform, its functionalities, tools, benefits and adoption of the ADA Token

Training program aimed at young professionals in technical areas of information technology to train them intensively in several aspects: Cardano services; development of skills and entrepreneurship

We declare this project is open source in all software and documentation developed will be available under an open source license, which will encourage community contributions and transparency. The current business plan is already open source; we will continue to expand it and keep it publicly available.
The program will be called “Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem Boot Camp Program”.
This program, which will be face-to-face and virtual, is aimed at young professionals recently graduated in the technical area of computer science, information technology, systems or similar, who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are enthusiastic about decentralized technologies, located in Spanish-speaking countries, in order to increase the use and adoption of the Cardano Ecosystem in local economies.
The objectives of the “Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem Boot Camp Program” are:

Beginning of the Boot Camp Pioneers in the Cardano Ecosystem (4 months)
The program begins with the following contents:
Mentoring to entrepreneurial and enthusiastic participants.
The benefits to the Cardano ecosystem are as follows:
a. Cardano Ecosystem will be better known and used by entrepreneurs and enthusiasts by incorporating the population in the use of Cardano's Blockchain technology in ventures
b. Networks will be created among pioneers who will handle 1- Technical knowledge, the products and services about Cardano Ecosystem; 2- Knowledge about solution design, use of financial application development platforms in Cardano, Marlowe; 3- Soft skills that empower the self and guarantee personal success; 4- Administrative and managerial knowledge that allow them to develop your entrepreneurial potential.
c. The creation of Clusters with entrepreneurs will be promoted to generate synergies between the different modalities of disruptive technologies with the use of the Cardano platform.
d. A greater growth of the Cardano ecosystem in Venezuela will be generated with the adoption and use of Ada in the national economic system that allows for greater competitiveness.
e. Through the use of the Cardano platform, the opportunity gap for entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to access the productive development of their countries' economies will be reduced.
f. The Cardano Ecosystem will benefit because new participants will have access to knowledge and seed funding to develop and launch their entrepreneurial projects, benefiting from the possibilities of the Cardano Ecosystem.
FUNINTEC, through its academic infrastructure, has a team of teachers and professionals with extensive experience in technological development research, which guarantees the completion and success of the project. Among the capabilities of this team we can mention:

Review, organization and facilitation of the Business Proposals with the support of the mentors, for the creation of a web tool for the diffusion of the NEW CARDANO PIONEERS, to facilitate their insertion in the market of the development of Web2 and Web3 functionalities towards the national and international requirements in the Spanish-speaking Cardano Community.

With the objective of having funds available to be offered to more viable venture projects that add value to the companies, it is planned to develop simpler and faster processes to offer them to viable venture projects for consolidation and support through the incubators of the Cardano Pioneers Program.

Marketing and advertising campaigns in social networks and conventional media -> 6.000 ADA

The amounts associated with the project represent a medium-term investment, since in six (6) months the infrastructure required for the production of knowledge related to Cardano entrepreneurship through the generation of solid and relevant products and services for the community will be designed and implemented.
The development of training programs and technical instruction will enable and increase the level of reliability in the production and transfer of information related to Cardano blockchain and applications, strengthening adoption, innovation and the creation of a more robust and diversified ecosystem as is the Cardano Ecosystem.
The fees associated with qualified personnel with extensive development experience are below normal standards given the level of commitment and membership in the Cardano Community.
As for the dissemination and promotion of our product, it will allow visibility in social networks and conventional media of an informative space, which will play a significant role in the production and development of products and services leveraged on the blockchain, microenterprises and relevant ventures in the local economies of each Spanish-speaking country driving the permanence and commitment to their roots
