Overview: Develop the "Jellypad" Agency which consists of experts in Web 3 Marketing, Advising, Design, and Content Creators with the ultimate goal of helping teams refine their ideas and gain greater exposure in the Web 3 space through better marketing, design, and network support.
Problem: Many promising projects in Web 3 struggle with the complexities of marketing, tokenomics, and other key aspects like token sales. Despite having great potential, these projects often fail to gain exposure or attract users due to poor marketing strategies or unsustainable tokenomics. This results in missed opportunities for growth and success. It also negatively impacts Cardano's Ecosystems growth and overall engagement between teams & users on the chain.
The same issue occurs on the design aspect in which many projects fail to have appealing and consistent branding, marketing materials, and UI/UX design for their dApps or Landing Pages. This causes additional educational friction and reduces impressions, usage, and overall interest in a project.
The last issue is not having a strong enough network of content creators, ambassadors, or fellow projects to partner with in order to gain more exposure in the space.
Solution: We are assembling a team of experienced Web 3 marketing, advising, design, and creator professionals. Our approach involves analyzing and understanding each project, refining their ideas, identifying key narratives, and creating a comprehensive marketing campaign. This includes drafting posts, connecting projects with the right partners and resources, and promoting them through our Jellycubes account and other social channels. Additionally, we help optimize tokenomics and guide teams through successful token sales.
On top of the marketing creation & support - we will also be creating all of the marketing materials needed through the design team as well as connecting projects to other teams and creators in the space to further reach and synergies.
At the outset, our Jellypad will primarily focus on early-stage projects that have yet to hold their token sale. This is a critical period where we can make the greatest impact by addressing key areas like strategy, branding, tokenomics, sale structure, raise amounts, and partnerships. By collaborating with teams pre-token-sale, we help refine their ideas early, preventing them from becoming locked into problematic commitments later on.
Many Web 3 projects fail in marketing due to a lack of expertise or insufficient resources to build a full-scale marketing department. We aim to bridge that gap by providing a comprehensive team capable of covering all aspects of a successful marketing strategy: content pillars, narrative development, branding, campaign planning, high-level copywriting, SEO, keyword optimization, identifying marketing material needs, community collaborations, and engagement tactics. This allows projects to access high-quality work without having to individually hire for each position—especially during the pre-sale phase when budgets are tight.

Our efforts will lead to more successful projects on Cardano, resulting in increased users, transactions, and interest in building on the blockchain due to an easier onboarding process.
Why Catalyst: Hiring skilled professionals for each of these aspects is costly, and managing multiple projects requires a dedicated team. We need funding to attract and retain high-quality talent until we can generate enough revenue to scale. This will allow us to handle more projects efficiently and continue supporting the growth of the ecosystem.
By refining project ideas and managing the marketing side, we expect to help projects develop stronger concepts, more robust tokenomic structures, and deliver their messages in a way that better educates users. The design and content ambassador aspect will then synergize with the marketing by providing better graphics/branding and an ability to reach more users.
This will enable more people to understand what is being built on Cardano, increase the chances of better products emerging, and lead to more successful token sales. Ultimately, this contributes to a more thriving and dynamic ecosystem.
We will measure our success through increased volume and transactions for the projects we launch and their respective tokens, higher engagement on X (formerly Twitter), and improved post-sale and long-term performance of both the tokens and projects.
Each project we help launch will be featured on our YouTube channel and our main Jellycubes account. However, since we are supporting marketing efforts, the results will be visible on each project’s own X account, where we will handle posts and engagement.
Additionally, we will regularly highlight our Jellypad service and accomplishments through X to keep our community and stakeholders updated on our progress and impact.
We've been working on Jellycubes for nearly three years, and during this time, it has become a top 10 NFT project by market cap on Cardano. Through our cross-chain alpha community on Discord, we’ve gained invaluable insights into what makes projects successful across various blockchains, with the support of numerous advisors and highly knowledgeable individuals.
Our marketing team consists of three key strategists: Smurfy, Sic, and Thomas. Each of them has prior experience working on marketing campaigns for different projects, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table.
Our design team also houses skilled animators from the Blockowls team combined with professional graphic designers such as Salman, Design House Studio, Berjador, and GnD. Our team is able to handle any design or marketing material request that comes our way.

The success of Jellycubes, still maintaining one of the highest floor prices, combined with our team's track record in supporting other projects, demonstrates that we know what it takes to succeed. While we've already made significant progress with the agency, the Catalyst proposal is aimed at helping us scale further, enabling us to handle more projects simultaneously and better meet the demands of the ecosystem.

Future Hires: We would like to hire on additional team members to be able to handle more projects. We primarily need more high-qaulity graphic designers, illustrators, and video editors.
Each 2 Month-Serviced Project Launch Costs ~35k ADA. If approved the 95k ADA will fully cover all of the original star up expenses and more than enough funding for at leas 1 project (Marketing, Advising, Design). After the first project, we will generate enough revenue from each project to be sustainable for each consecutive project.
95k ADA is a relatively modest amount compared to the immense value we plan to deliver. Each project we collaborate with will have a significantly higher chance of success, creating a flywheel effect that will attract more projects to build on the Cardano ecosystem. As more projects enter the ecosystem, this will lead to an increase in users, transactions, volume, and fees—helping to pay back the ADA used for funding.
The impact we can create far exceeds the funds we’re requesting. These funds will serve as the foundation to bootstrap our core idea, which will become self-sustaining over time. While the Catalyst funding may only cover the first project initially, it will give us the runway to sustainably manage many more projects down the line.
We're simply seeking some upfront support to cover the initial costs for these first projects and help get this initiative off the ground.
The costs outlined in our budget are based on actual quotes and payments we've either already made or will make for these services. High-level advisors and marketers in the Web 3 space are costly, but we’ve worked out a fair compensation model. However, as we scale and work with more projects, we’ll need to bring in additional top-tier individuals to continue delivering high-quality results.
