Girls are systematically victims of discrimination and limited access to training opportunities, particularly in the field of blockchain and its potential, which impacts their financial independence.
This is the total amount allocated to Promoting Gender in Cardano community..
facilitates access to innovative technologies like blockchain, promoting gender equality in tech. It provides young girls with economic opportunities while supporting Cardano's inclusive vision.
If the project is funded, web3 experts will be hired to deliver the courses.
Our project is not essentially technical but we're opened to share everything with the community, if needed.
This project will provide intensive training in digital services to these young girls to enable them to develop operational skills in a rapidly growing field. Key activities will include practical workshops, skills assessments and ongoing monitoring to ensure the sustainable professional integration of participants.
Adoption and Awareness: By introducing young girls in a developing region to blockchain technology, specifically Cardano, we contribute to increasing its adoption and building awareness about its use cases.
Diversity and Inclusion: The project promotes diversity within the Cardano ecosystem by empowering underrepresented groups, particularly young women from disadvantaged backgrounds, to actively participate in the digital economy and blockchain space.
Skill Development for Future Builders: The trained participants could potentially contribute to Cardano's future development, whether through building decentralized applications, providing digital services on the blockchain, or participating in community governance.
Real-World Use Cases: The success stories from this project will provide tangible examples of how blockchain technology, especially Cardano, can address social and economic challenges in emerging markets, further solidifying Cardano’s reputation as a blockchain for good.

The cost is justified by the quality of the training, the potential social impact, and the alignment with the Cardano ecosystem values. The investments made in this project are commensurate with market standards and are designed to maximize the long-term impact on the community, making it a wise choice for stakeholders.
The project represents excellent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem for several reasons:
•By training 100 young girls in digital services, the project directly contributes to reducing gender inequalities in access to technology and employment, which is in line with the values of the Cardano ecosystem, which advocates inclusion and equal opportunities.
•The development of a network of trained young girls will promote knowledge sharing and entrepreneurship in the community, which can ultimately increase the use of Cardano blockchain-based services.
•By integrating blockchain elements into the training, participants will acquire skills that are directly applicable to high-growth sectors. This can also drive the adoption of Cardano technologies in local initiatives, thereby increasing the value of this ecosystem.
