However, once these initial barriers are addressed, most users quickly become competent enough to design and build their own solutions. These solutions range from creating websites for stake pool operators to attract delegation, to developing NFT gated content sites.

Support Needs:

Currently, users are reaching out for assistance through forums, Discord, and email in order to overcome obstacles they encounter during their CardanoPress journey. It is crucial to address these support needs in order to foster a thriving user community.

To facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for users and to empower project creators, it is essential to provide comprehensive documentation. This documentation will serve as a step-by-step guide, enabling users to effortlessly install their WordPress website, seamlessly integrate Blockfrost and CardanoPress, and explore various page builders and no-code solutions to develop their sites.

An upward trend in these metrics will indicate a growing interest and trust in CardanoPress as a valuable tool for website development and blockchain integration.

We plan to share the results and various updates via our social media channels, website and the Learn Cardano YouTube channel.

This will be done on a monthly basis as well progress through delivering the project.

As of the time of writing this proposal, CardanoPress boasts over 100 active installations and a total download count of 1,624 since January 2023.

Expected Growth with Complete Documentation:

With the implementation of comprehensive documentation and the completion of our project, we anticipate a significant increase in both installations and downloads of CardanoPress.

Anticipated Monthly Growth:

We aim for an average monthly growth rate of 10% in installations, which would result in nearly 300 new installs per month. This steady and consistent growth will be a clear indication of successful adoption and increasing demand for CardanoPress as a preferred solution for website development and blockchain integration.

Validation through Agency Adoption:

In addition to tracking metrics such as installations and downloads, we consider the confirmation of a web design/development agency using the CardanoPress plugin to build websites for their clients as a significant milestone and measure of success for our documentation project. Such adoption by professional agencies will underscore the value and reliability of CardanoPress, demonstrating its ability to meet the needs of real-world client projects.

To ensure that our documentation addresses the community's needs effectively, we will engage with the CardanoPress community to gather feedback and identify areas that require improvement. This valuable input will enable us to create a detailed outline for the documentation, providing a clear roadmap for the project's execution.

Milestone 2: Documentation Development (4 weeks)

Once the outline has been finalized, we will commence the development of comprehensive documentation. This documentation will include detailed explanations, accompanied by images and step-by-step guides, to empower users to maximize the potential of CardanoPress. The documentation will be produced and published on GitHub, allowing for collaboration and contributions from other users. Simultaneously, the finalized documentation will be made available on the CardanoPress.io website, ensuring easy access and usability for all users.

Milestone 3: Video Guides (2 weeks)

In addition to the written documentation, we recognize the value of visual content in enhancing user understanding. To further support users in building with CardanoPress and WordPress, we will produce video walkthroughs that provide hands-on demonstrations. These video guides will complement the written documentation, reinforcing key concepts and ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. The videos will be carefully crafted to convey information effectively within a two-week timeframe.
