This project will greatly benefit our community as it will provide legal assistance to individuals who have been victims of cryptocurrency scams, thus helping to improve the ecosystem and make it healthier

This project is a legal product and therefore, it is relevant in this challenge and helps make the CARDANO ecosystem and community better and safer

The success of this project will be measured by: 1) being available and operational for all members of our community, and 2) providing legal advice on cryptocurrency scams to community members in need

The project will be operational, and legal advice can be requested through a website or a Google form, which will be shared through our community's Telegram groups. Additionally, a monthly report of the activities carried out will be submitted to Project Catalyst

The main objective of this project is to provide legal advice to community members who have fallen victim to cryptocurrency scams and are in need of such legal guidance

This project will provide legal advice to our community for a period of 6 months. Each month will have a milestone that will be achieved through the delivery of a report detailing the activities conducted

The first milestone will be the delivery of the Google form through which community members can request legal advice. The subsequent milestones, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, will consist of delivering a monthly report with the requested activities by our community in relation to legal advice about cryptocurrency scams

To fulfill this project, the legal work of the proposer, who is a lawyer specialized in cryptocurrency regulation, is required. Their fees will be for full-time work over 6 months, with a payment of 10.000 ADA for each month, totaling 60.000 ADA

Cryptocurrency scams are one of the main problems plaguing the ecosystem, making it murky and insecure. it is important to provide legal assistance to our community when they become victims of such scams. This will greatly benefit our community, CARDANO, and the ecosystem
