These licenses will provide a clear and standardized set of guidelines for NFT ownership, rights, and permitted usage within the Cardano NFT ecosystem. We will be creating the following set for the first milestone.

• Absolute Commercial Privileges without Creator Reservation, involve the total conveyance of exclusive commercial rights. Within this framework, the creator surrenders all exploitation rights and maintains no authority over them.

• Open Commercial Entitlements with Creator Preservation, provide comprehensive non-exclusive commercial rights. The creator maintains possession of exploitation rights without surrendering control over them.

• Non-Restrictive Commercial Privileges with Creator Upholding & Hate Speech Safeguard, confer complete non-exclusive commercial rights with the provision for hate speech termination. The creator upholds exploitation rights while acknowledging the hate speech termination clause.

We will be creating the following set for the second milestone.

• Commercial Liberties with Creator Safeguard Against Hate Speech, grant comprehensive non-exclusive commercial rights with the inclusion of a hate speech termination provision. The creator upholds exploitation rights while recognizing the presence of the hate speech termination clause.

• Individual Licensing with Hate Speech Safeguard, involves the allocation of personal rights alongside a hate speech termination provision.

• CC0 Waiver – All copyrights are relinquished in accordance with the CC0 1.0 Universal terms established by Creative Commons.

Deploy the licenses to Arweave (ensuring they’re stored in a way that’s public, permanent, and immutable)
