Quality Education: People in Indonesia need to get good education and accountable sources of information while keeping decentralized purposes.

Economic growth: education about decentralization is very important to equip people to understand how the blockchain technology works and also will help them get exposure to decentralized finance for unbanked group of people.

Partnership goals: network with communities and SPO to build partnership and collaboration in blockchain communities. It will make the partnership and connection stronger in the future.

After huge success for AMA with Cross-Chain Communities with 3 different cross-chain communities (https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/63991). We are coming back with 6 new cross-chain ecosystem.

We will host 6 AMA with crypto communities and also cross-chain communities in Indonesia once a month in six months. Every AMA will be 2 hours long that will separated to two session: material delivery and Q&A session. Some cross-chain communities that I will approach are Arbitrum, Solana, Polkadot, Tezos, Algorand and Cosmos.

This AMA with Cross-Chain Communities in Indonesia will make people understand better about Cardano and what we do. At the time we also could learn many things from other chains and community about how they build their ecosystem. We could share and learn about many topics, like governance, community building, NFT, metaverse, DAO, and many other things. These AMA hopefully could be an eye opening meeting that could build better understanding, awareness and relationship to other chains and communities in Indonesia.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

I am confident to deliver this AMA because I held and finish the same project at fund 9: AMA with Cross-Chain Communities with 3 different cross-chain communities (https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/63991). I am a member of Cardano community and I am a community person. I am relate with so many blockchain communities in Indonesia. I am involve on those communities online and onsite. I also held several offline/ onsite community events in my city, Surabaya. I am well-connected person & I am passionate to help people understand about blockchain technology and Cardano ecosystem. In this project, I want to help people to know about SPO and participate to support Cardano decentralization and ecosystem.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

If funded, the AMA will start at March 2024-August 2024. There will be 6 AMA and 6 crosschain communities involves to make this AMA success.

The first milestone will be held 3 times workshop from March-May 2024 in 3 crosschain communities. Below some steps to achieve the first milestones:

• Step 1: Connect with crosschain communities to set date, time and partnership to held the AMA
• Step 2: Make promotion and promote it at least 2 weeks before the AMA
• Step 3: Held the event and also send all the reward for speakers, community & AMA winners
• Step 4: Record, upload and also make update Cardano Forum every month

I finished the project in early 2023 and successfully achieved all the targets on that project. I am a community person and well known in every Indonesia's blockchain community. I am involved in online communities and also onsite community in my city, Surabaya. I am also a team member of Cardano Indonesia.

[BUDGET & COSTS] Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources.

All the budget are reasonable and necessary to complete this Cross-Chain AMAs. This project will be 6 months long and will invite many new people to understand about Cardano and also for our Cardano community to learn about other chains.

For monthly event, 100 ADA hourly cost is a reasonable value for speaker, host, designer and video editor. They will work 2 hours every month & get around $80 is a reasonable amount.

For Project Coordinator, 14 hours will be divided into 4 hours connecting and arrange workshop with community, 2 hours working with designer and video editor, 2 hours working on the marketing process, 4 hours working with administrative work, (i.e. send out reward, make Cardano Forum report, fill milestone updates, etc.) and 2 hours attending project coordinator monthly meeting.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

• Host/ Moderator: 100 ADA/hour x 2 hours x 1 session/month x 6 months = 1.200 ADA
• Speakers (Indonesia's SPO): 100 ADA/hour x 2 hours x 2 speakers x 1 session/month x 6 months x 1 speaker = 2.400 ADA
• Zoom Pro account: 42 ADA/ month x 6 month = 252 ADA
• Project Coordinator: 100 ADA/hour x 14 hours/month x 6 months = 8.400 ADA
• Designer for promotion: 100 ADA/hour x 2 hours x 6 times = 1.200 ADA
• Video Editing fees: 100 ADA/hour x 2 hours x 6 times = 1.200 ADA
• Collaboration fees for communities: 200 ADA/workshop x 6 times = 1.200 ADA
• Participants Giveaway: 30 ADA/person x 3 winners x 6 times = 540 ADA
