1. Recommended Solution Explore the Cardano Ecosystem: An informative and logical journey through Videos introducing various aspects of Cardano, a third-generation blockchain platform designed to improve the sustainability, scalability, and security of the global financial syste. The videos will attract viewers with their uniqueness and appeal with realistic illustrations suitable for Blockchain.
2. The reason we made this proposal is because we believe that producing videos will help increase community awareness and understanding of Cardano, as well as attract the interest and participation of new people. The videos will not only convey accurate and up-to-date information about Cardano but will also create emotions and connect with viewers through vivid illustrations and sounds.

3. This proposal will target the following subjects:

• People who are interested in Cardano but do not have much knowledge about it
• People who already know about Cardano but want to stay up to date with its latest news and advancements
• People who want to recommend Cardano to their friends, family or colleagues
• People who want to learn and explore more about the technical, philosophical, and social aspects of Cardano

We are a team with 6 years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and the Cardano platform. We have experience in accounting, journalism, and translation team management, and experts in editing translation content and creating professional videos. We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create an environment of support, respect, and positive interaction within the Vietnamese community.

Our implementation process includes:

Step 1: Select and moderate information to compile, including IOG documentary videos, news videos, and updates about Cardano. Make sure the content selection is appropriate for those new to the Cardano ecosystem.

Step 2: Translate information to make it suitable and easy to understand in Vietnamese language, censor the translated content.

Step 3: Select images that have the power to convey content, and create a video with voiceover. The completed video will be content censored again before publishing.

We strictly follow the above process to ensure the content is delivered to viewers in the best way. The resulting output includes 27 videos with 300 minutes of diverse, engaging, and accurate video content about Cardano. The video content is posted on the YouTube channel and is strictly censored, meeting the following requirements: Content is concise, easy to understand, complete, appropriate illustrations, attractive, and attractive to viewers. The video is made public to the Cardano community on YouTube, providing value to developers and attracting new users.

  Results can be achieved according to important milestones as committed above, we expect to have over 10,000 views of posted videos by the end of the project, and the YouTube channel will reach the number of subscribers channel increased by 50 new people. The proposed cost will be a worthy reward for community members who make positive contributions to the development of the Cardano Vietnam community, while also encouraging the attraction of new people to join the Cardano ecosystem.

The cost of the project represents suitability and efficiency for the Cardano ecosystem because:

- The project will create high-quality content about Cardano in Vietnamese, helping to increase awareness and participation of the Vietnamese community in this ecosystem.
