Malaysia has a budding crypto & blockchain community, that is slowly gaining traction. The Cardano community in Malaysia is currently limited and not well served, as many have little knowledge
This is the total amount allocated to CARDANO HUB MY (Malaysia).

We intent to create, as well as develop an active community for Cardano in Malaysia that will be engaged in various ways with the Cardano ecosystem, thus creating a Cardano Hub MY(Malaysia)
External sponsorship from relevant bodies have agreed, provided F11 funding is successful.

Promote and introduce Cardano on a National Level, with target audience being students, and existing crypto holders, and first timers
·Provide a space where Cardano Community in Malaysia can interact & exchange with each other
·Invite guess speakers, developers, key opinion leaders, of Cardano to provide quality educational workshops, trainings and so forth
·Drive adoption & innovation of Cardano apps and development locally. To attract locals to build on Cardano blockchain
·Host events, networking sessions amongst local crypto figures, as well as generate a formidable social media presence
· Collaborate with business and other partners such as DEX, Local Regulators
Detailed Plan & Roadmap for Deliverables
We have defined 5 core pillars that are essential:
Pillar 1: Community
To establish an active local community that will be very much involve and engaged in Cardano Malaysia. This is done by creating and maintaining our social media presence on

Asides this, we also intent to host Cardano centric events such as
1. Dialogues, AMAs with the community participants (1 x biweekly basis)
2. Host the Annual Cardano Summit (1 x annual basis)
3. Host local meet ups monthly (1 x monthly basis)
4. Roadshow around the country to expand our reach (1 new town x quarterly, 4 in a year)
Timeline: Active, on going
Pillar 2: Education
To create awarness about cryptocurrencies, as well as the differences that Cardano offers. This will be achieved by providing:
1. Generalized introductory training about cryptocurrency to the unfamiliar via webinars.
(1 x monthly basis)
2. Provide training on Cardano blockchain, as well as its key unique differences via webinars
(1 x monthly basis)
3. Invite local guest speaker, specialized trainers, and experts in respective discipline to teach and share (1 x quarterly basis)
Timeline: 0 – 3 months
Pillar 3: Invest
To drive investment into Cardano native currency ADA, as well as other projects building on the blockchain to provide financial support, via:
1. Conducting training on responsible and prudent investing, in collaboration with local DEXs
(2 x annually or ad hoc upon request). To educate on risk management.
2. Conducting workshops on Cardano Node setup and operations (1 x quarterly basis)
3. Conducting workshops on establish and maintaining Stake pools (1 x quarterly basis)
4. To bring awarness towards potential scams, frauds, and illicit activity that they may face, collaborating with local Regulators
(ad hoc upon request, ongoing via soc med, live meet, Dialogues)
Timeline: 3 – 6 months
Pillar 4: Development & Application Support
To encourage local developers to build on the Cardano Blockchain, by offering them support in the form of:
1. Inviting subject matter experts to conduct a workshop on dApps (2 x annually)
2. Organize Hackathons and other developer/programming related events (1 x annually)
3. Collaborate with known Cardano builders internationally to bring up the local scene and generate new idea (ad hoc, on request)
Timeline: 6 – 9 months
Pillar 5: Business Relations
To promote Cardano to a larger audience, the commercial route is one that must be heavily considered. Our goal under this pillar is to:
1. Create opportunities for those building on Cardano, to network with business owners via networking events and active engagement (2 x annually)
2. Allow for collaborations between the private commercial sector and the public government sector to use and implement blockchain technology for their business needs
(1 x annually or ad hoc, upon request)
Timeline: 9 – 12 months
As mention, I have hosted the Cardano Summit 2022, and was accountable for all payments, goods receivable, and financial payments

This cost is justified based on market research done, base on the average income per GDP of Malaysia.
