Any education material created for these events we'll release for public use, however we're not developing any software to open-source with this proposal.

[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

We're going to host multiple in-person events at larger cryptocurrency events, and in our local community to onboard people to Cardano.

We are creating educational content that can be used to teach someone who doesn't know anything about cryptocurrency the basics they need for security, risk management, and asset storage.

We'll use our onboarding process and educational dashboard to give these users the easiest and most educational onboarding to Cardano. We'll reward new users with ADA, NFTs, and tokens to get started.

We'll host multiple events in a city in Florida, these events will be free to enter, and will be marketed to the local community to onboard them onto Cardano. Anyone that comes to these events will be given a wallet with an NFT, a Native token, and ADA to teach them how to use Cardano.

We'll also fly our team out to a larger cryptocurrency event that doesn't have a Cardano event or presence and create a Cardano event. This event will also be free to enter, other Cardano projects will be invited to come to increase discoverability. This event will also be marketed locally, and digitally.

[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

We are looking to bring new users into the Cardano ecosystem. We will host a variety of in person events that educate users about Cardano, and guide them into the ecosystem using a combination of Atrium’s easy to use dashboard, and Proof of Onboarding. Ensuring that a person can go from a non-cardano user to having a wallet loaded with ADA, and an educational route lined up in front of them. 

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We have hosted several events, from meet ups at consensus, to the infamous Rare Bloom. alpha.atrium.io is now available to test. Atrium has spent significant time and resources on building the foundation for a thriving ecosystem that will sit at the heart of Cardano with an educational platform that will make onboarding a seamless experience. As a team, we have consistently delivered on everything we have promised and have a track record of building high quality products, both individually and collectively.

Atrium Onboarding experience design.

Complete onboarding process written, and creation of qr code scannable wallets connected to the onboarding expierence.

Host first local Cardano educational event locally marketed.

Host another Cardano local event with our onboarding process, and attend a larger cryptocurrency event and host a meetup there.
