Education
Introducing young footballers to the Cardano ecosystem and educating them on it entails introducing them to blockchain technology and its uses in football administration and management. Through decentralized solutions, the primary goal is to improve transparency, efficiency, and engagement.
Key components of this educational initiative include:
Because of the life path or career paths chosen by these young ones, the knowledge of these will help them in the betterment of their lives and will educate them so as to reduce the risk of cheating in their management.
This project will engage the footballers of Charity Football Club at Darkuman of Ghana. It will done in the space of 2 months; the first month involving the actual education and the second month, will be use to work on the progress and improvements from the time of the education.
Aside the education, they will be introduced to the Cardano community and be registered on the Cardano Project Catalyst and Ideascale platforms in order to be able to participate as active members in the activities of the Cardano community.
ADA wallets will be opened for the footballers and they will be encouraged to make deposits. Since this is an educational project, we hope to develop an app in subsequent proposals where football management can actually start on the blockchain. With these advantages taught and knowledge acquired, it will be a great start for the footballers of the country.
This project will bring value to the Cardano Community in the following ways:
The impact will be measured through the following:
The outputs from this project will be shared through:

The budget, which has been broken down in detail in the following space, will be followed and reported to Catalyst as such.
The primary goal of this initiative is to educate young footballers about the Cardano ecosystem so that they can become members and, in the long run, very active members who contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem. Given the lack of exposure to and understanding of blockchain in Africa, education is critical for expanding knowledge and adoption.
As a result, the project's objectives are as follows:
Within the first two weeks of month 1, the team will contact the management of the football club as well as a number of youth football institutions in Accra with the objective of making them aware of the project and getting a critical mass of people interested in participating in the event.
By the end of month 1, the workshop session will be organized. The target is to obtain between 100-150 participants. The workshops will have an agenda detailing the events of the day and a short handout providing a summary of information on the issues discussed during the workshop.
By the end of month 2, there will be a follow up event at the same institution on things they learned in the first event and what they have been able to discover on their own in the following month.
The initial workshop will focus on Cardano Blockchain, project catalyst opportunities and Yoroi wallet. Participants will be introduced to the Africa Town Hall meetings and be encouraged to contribute ideas to the ecosystem.
The Catalyst community will receive reports after each event to update the community about proof of achievement. These reports will include pictures and videos of each event.
