My plans to share the output and results of the CatalystTalk project with the Vietnamese people include:

• Organize 6 online sharing sessions: we propose to organize 6 online sharing sessions within 3 months. Each session will focus on a specific topic related to CatalystTalk for Vietnamese people.
• Publish 6 videos: After each sharing session, we will create a video summarizing the content and most important stories from the sharing session. The video will be published and shared on social media channels and the CatalystTalk project website.

Our goal is to ensure that the output and results of the CatalystTalk project for Vietnamese people are widely shared and used in a useful way to create a positive impact for the Cardano ecosystem.

1.Report problem:

• Current situation of the Vietnamese community participating in the Catalyst project: Currently, the Vietnamese community is having difficulty transmitting and participating in the activities of the Catalyst project on the Cardano blockchain platform.
• The importance of community and developer participation in Catalyst: Community and developer engagement is critical to creating diversity of opinion, exploring new ideas, and evaluating project proposals project on the Cardano network.
• Basis (reason) for the solution: To promote the participation of Vietnamese people in the Catalyst project, there needs to be a solution that helps provide information, create connections and encourage participation of the Vietnamese community.

2. Target audience of the CatalystTalk proposal for Vietnamese people:

• The CatalystTalk proposal targets both the Vietnamese community and developers interested in Cardano and the Catalyst project. Additionally, it will also attract people new to Catalyst and Cardano.

3. Impact of the CatalystTalk proposal for Vietnamese people: The CatalystTalk proposal will bring positive impacts to Vietnamese people by:

• Create a specialized communication platform to share information, opinions and comments about projects on Cardano.
• Encourage participation and suggestions from the Vietnamese community, helping them feel interested and responsible in developing the Cardano ecosystem.
• Create favorable conditions for Vietnamese developers to participate in the process of proposing, reviewing and voting for projects in Catalyst.
• This proposal is also a factor in expanding the Cardano community, building a quality Vietnamese Cardano community that can integrate with the global Cardano community.

• CatalystTalk will provide an open, reputable, quality online forum for Vietnamese users, providing diverse and detailed information about projects, and at the same time create opportunities for them to discuss, ask questions and contribute ideas.

• The Vietnamese community, including users and developers will benefit from CatalystTalk. This proposal is important for the Cardano ecosystem because it creates favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community to participate and contribute to the development of Cardano, while increasing interaction and development of the project on this platform.

The proposed solution CatalystTalk for Vietnamese addresses the challenge by providing a multi-directional communication and communication channel, allowing the Vietnamese community to participate in Catalyst project activities on Cardano. This brings the following benefits to the Cardano ecosystem:

1. Increase participation: CatalystTalk will attract and encourage the Vietnamese community to participate in the process of proposing, evaluating and voting for projects in Catalyst.
2. Building a community network: CatalystTalk will create connections between developers, users and members of the Vietnamese community.
3. Generate new ideas: CatalystTalk will serve as a forum for Vietnamese people to discuss, share ideas and receive feedback from the community.
4. Increase awareness of Cardano: CatalystTalk will help increase awareness of Cardano in the Vietnamese community, while creating interest and trust in this ecosystem.

The CatalystTalk proposal for Vietnamese promises to attract people to the community and contribute to the Cardano ecosystem. During the proposed implementation period of 3 months with 6 talks with 6 topics and 6 republished videos, the average number of direct participants in the sharing session is 50/session, each published video will attract (at least) 150 views/video/after 24 hours of publication and possibly more after 3 months. This will create a significant growth in the number of users and developers from Vietnam. Mass participation will contribute to the diversity and development of the Cardano ecosystem.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We are capable of providing the CatalystTalk for Vietnamese project with a high level of reliability and responsibility based on the following factors:

1. Experience and expertise: We have experience participating in Catalyst since fund 8 and have a deep understanding of Catalyst and Cardano. Our team includes experts in the field, ensuring the ability to provide accurate, reliable and high-quality information and content about Cardano. We have conducted many free sharing sessions for the Cardano Vietnam community. In addition, we also translate videos about Project Catalyst - Town Hall, produce videos guiding the community to participate in Catalyst.

2. Community building: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create an environment of support, respect, and positive interaction within the CatalystTalk for Vietnamese community.

3. Review and management process: We have experience in building project management processes, this is proven by our proposal being funded at fund 10 and completed ahead of schedule. We will apply strict content moderation and management processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on CatalystTalk for Vietnamese. All content will be carefully reviewed before being approved and published.

4. Feedback and improvements: We will listen to feedback and suggestions from users and the community to continuously improve CatalystTalk for Vietnamese. We will take measures to fix the problem quickly and optimize the user experience.

5. Transparency and funding: We have experience in financial management for large corporations, will provide information about funding sources and manage the amount provided in a transparent and accurate manner. We will ensure responsible and efficient use of financial resources, and provide clear reporting on the use of project funding.

6.We have successfully completed sharing sessions about Catalyst for Vietnamese people as committed to funding in fund 10.

Our project includes main tasks and specific budget allocation as follows:

1. CatalystTalk marketing 03 campaigns * 500 ADA/main translation: 1500 ADA.
2. Speaker: 1500 ADA/session.
3. Organizer, supporter, video publisher, Zoom account purchase: 1000 ADA

Organize CatalystTalk 6 sessions * 2750 ADA/session = 16500 ADA

  To provide costs for each task and job, we rely on the costs of organizing an online sharing session with similar sharing sessions at the present time in Vietnam. Therefore, we evaluate the above budget requirement to ensure and promote the value of money for the Cardano ecosystem.

  In order for the cost of the CatalystTalk project for Vietnamese people to be reasonable and suitable for the Cardano ecosystem, we apply the following factors:

1. Cost assessment and analysis: We will conduct a detailed assessment of the cost elements associated with the project, including CatalystTalk platform development, marketing and promotion, management and support user suppor
2. Fairness and transparency: We are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in the management and use of project financial resources. All costs and financial resources will be recorded and tracked carefully and transparently.
3. Optimize resource use: We will utilize and optimize the use of available resources to minimize costs without affecting the quality and efficiency of the project. This can include using technology effectively, optimizing workflows, and leveraging benefits from communities and partners.

  We will use the above methods to ensure that the cost of the CatalystTalk project for Vietnamese people is appropriate and reasonable for the Cardano ecosystem, while optimizing the use of available capital and resources to achieve the best results for the project.
