We already have working online platform to allow developers to create online courses, test & coding competitions based on Web2. By onboarding coding courses content for Aiken, Plutus, Opshin & other programing languages relevant to Cardano we will make it easier for new developers to develop dapp on Cardano quickly.

By using our online coding competition features we can organize regular hackathon, bug bounty program to keep experienced developers engaged. This will also encourage more opensource cultures to help more Cardano dapp move to opensource rather than closed source right now.

We are very experienced Web2 development team. We started developing on Cardano since Dec 2022 & it took us 6 months to release first Bond DEX on Cardano so we saw first hand how hard it was to develop on Cardano due to lack of educational resources for developers, so we are hoping this initiative will help drive more adoption for Cardano among developers community.

We plan to engage Cardano Foundation, Ermugo, Aiken, Opshin team to create Online Curriculum for developers to learn Aiken, Plutus, Opshin and other offchain languages. We also plan to engage existing Opensource dapp on Cardano to organize bug bounty, hackathon programs to help improve Security for all Cardano dapp to minimize hacking risk.

We also plan to integrate with Cardano blockchain to implement payment for premium courses with Ada, and allow minting NFT for Certificate of completion of courses, exams or winning hackathon to build immutable reputation system of ranking for Cardano developers.

Our impact will be demonstrated by number of developers completing courses, participating in hackathon and number of opensource dapp.

By making it easier to learn how to develop dapp on Cardano, we will bring more Utilities to Cardano blockchain, which will drive more users adoption and increase value of ADA.

We will measure impact based on:

1. Number of developers completing Online coding courses
2. Number of developers participating in Hackathon
3. Number of bugs found based on Bug Bounty program
4. Number of new opensource dapp on Cardano developed by students of these online courses

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We already have an existing working Online Coding Learning platform in production ready to go, we only need to work with experienced developers to create online course content.

We know what we are doing with Cardano already roll out Bond DEX, Multi DeX Swap, Cardano Statistic Dashboard in the last 10 months.

We only need community engagement to help translate education content into multiple languages as well as promote among local community for new developers to learn & participate.

1. Launch online courses for Aiken, Plutus
2. Reach 100 developers completing online Courses

1. Organized monthly Hackathon with at least 20 developers joining each Hackathon with dapp ideas contributed by community

1. Organized Quarterly Bug Bounty program on Cardano opensource dapp that help identify & improve Cardano dapps

Regular New courses & coding competition setup on the platform to onboard new developers into Cardano ecosystem. Experienced Cardano developers can come to the platform to received NFT certification which will stay with them for life & help community identify good developers!
