◆Reason for suggestion/problem

1. dRep is crucial but newly introduced in fund 9, remains unknown to many Cardano and Catalyst ecosystems voters.
2. Not many qualified dRep/Cardano Ambassadors understand about dRep. We need to attract qualified dReps to our community.
3. Then, only a rare few of these dReps have the skills and influence to promote the community and inspire voters to delegate their voting rights.
4. Voters seek more interaction with dReps to identify those they can trust to delegate their voting rights adequately.

◆Our Solution

• We will create a frequent meeting place between dRep and Voter: the YouTube channel dRep TV.
• We interview dRep and share videos about dRep on YouTube dRep TV, and related communities Cardano, Catalyst.
• The dRep interview videos will be conducted in English, Vietnamese, and Japanese with English, Vietnamese, and Japanese subtitles.
• In addition, we organize periodic live sessions for dRep to exchange Voters.
• During these live sessions, dRep can share their experiences or present knowledge of Cardano, Catalyst, evaluation criteria, and voting for the project.
• Through that, Voter will know the capacity of dRep and decide to delegate his voting rights to dRep.

3. Through knowledge-sharing sessions from dRep, the Voter community gradually improves its understanding and can vote independently. This contributes to increased decentralization for Cardano, Catalyst.

By creating a place where any dRep can connect with Voter, we contribute to helping Challenge reach its goal and thus suitable in Fund 11 Cardano Open: Ecosystem.

-dRep has community influence, and dRep has little impact. DRep from all fields can PR and mobilize the community through dRep Catalyst. This increases the variety and number of new dRep.

-Voter understands more about dRep and finds out which dRep he wants to authorize contributes to choosing the suitable proposals to develop the Cardano ecosystem.

-Voter gradually improves his understanding of dRep, understands more about voting and evaluation criteria for proposals, and makes voting decisions, from which Voter can boldly delegate voting rights to dRep to vote to help yourself. This makes dRep authorization simpler.

Our team consists of core members fluent in English, Japanese, and Vietnamese and active in the community. We have experience in interviewing and creating videos for the Cardano Community.

• Marketing Head of JPG.store and CNFT community
• Cardano Asia Tiktok and CNFT ASIA community admin
• A proposer sponsored by Catalyst since Fund 7 participated in the dRep workshop and got funded with the dRep Tool in Fund 9.

We know dRep well and can assist dRep in interviews and community live sessions.
